78a8016e01 feat(form-builder): add FormSubmissionActionFailurePolicy with FK-chain auth (WS-6)
Tenant scope verified via failure.submission.organisation_id, NOT route
binding. Cross-tenant access returns false (controllers in sessions 2/3
will translate to 404 to prevent enumeration). Five abilities:
viewAny, view, retry, resolve, dismiss.

Laravel 12 auto-discovers App\Policies\FormBuilder\FormSubmissionActionFailurePolicy
for App\Models\FormBuilder\FormSubmissionActionFailure — no explicit
registration needed (pattern matches the existing FormSubmissionPolicy).

IDOR-class security tests included with explicit RFC V3 cross-reference
in the test class docblock.

7a747382a0 feat(form-builder): integrate PublishGuard framework into FormSchemaService::publish() (WS-6)
assertPublishGuardsSatisfied() runs additively after the existing
assertRequiredBindingsPresent() check. Failures are collected (not
first-fail) so PublishGuardViolationException carries the full list
to the builder UI in one 422 response.

PurposeRequirementsNotMetException remains for missing bindings;
PublishGuardViolationException covers semantic constraints
(is_identity_key flag, no-ambiguous-trust, append-collection-only,
section-aware schemas, conditional triggers).

Two pre-existing tests updated their fixtures to satisfy the new
guards (PublishChecksRelationalBindingsTest +
PurposeSchemaLifecycleTest): EMAIL field type + is_identity_key on
person.email + unique trust levels are now required for
event_registration to publish.

e3c9211e3f feat(form-builder): wire PurposeGuardProvider per purpose (WS-6)
Adds PurposeGuardProvider as a parallel interface to PurposeDefinition
(value object stays untouched). Seven concrete providers, one per v1.0
purpose, each declaring its publish-guard list. Registry resolves and
caches providers via guards_class config key.

Universal guards (MaxOneIdentityKeyPerTargetEntity,
AppendStrategyRequiresCollectionTarget, NoAmbiguousTrustLevels,
IdentityKeyBindingsOnlyInFirstSection) wire into every purpose. The
section guard is a cheap no-op when section_level_submit=false.

ArtistAdvanceGuards omits RequiresIdentityKeyBinding because the
artist subject is resolved via portal token, not form data. Same
reasoning for supplier_intake (production_request) and the auth-based
purposes.

Includes a cross-cutting BindingTypeRegistryConsistencyTest that
verifies tasks 5/7/8 do not contradict each other (registry ↔ guards ↔
purpose required_bindings).

81a8120f98 feat(form-builder): add PublishGuard framework + 9 concrete guards (WS-6)
Per-purpose schema validation composes a PurposeGuardProvider returning
a list of guards. Errors collected (not first-fail) so the builder UI
surfaces every issue per save. ConditionalRequirement composes higher-
order without proliferating one-off classes.

RequiresIdentityKeyBinding checks the is_identity_key flag specifically;
the binding-existence check is handled additively by the existing
assertRequiredBindingsPresent in FormSchemaService.

SchemaHasLinkedEvent checks owner_type='event' + owner_id (FormSchema
uses polymorphic owner; there is no direct event_id column).

i18n messages live in lang/nl/form_builder_publish_guards.php.

c5b0210ae7 feat(form-builder): add FormSubmissionActionFailure model + apply_status casts (WS-6)
- FormSubmissionActionFailure: audit model, no organisation_id (FK-chain
  tenancy per RFC V3), open/resolved/dismissed scopes, canBeRetried()
  helper. Morph alias 'form_submission_action_failure' registered for
  future activity-log subject references.
- FormSubmission: apply_status (ApplyStatus enum cast),
  apply_completed_at (datetime), actionFailures() HasMany,
  scopePendingApply().

0dd991c688 feat(form-builder): add BindingTypeRegistry as single source of truth for target shapes (WS-6)
Config-driven mapping from (target_entity, target_attribute) to storage
shape (scalar/collection/relation), PHP type, and identity-key
eligibility. Replaces any name-suffix matching (e.g. _tags, _skills) —
those are convention-not-contract and reject by design.

Used by publish guards now and (in session 2) by FormBindingApplicator.

b2e9ef8824 feat(form-builder): MergeStrategy enum methods + binding value objects (WS-6)
- FormFieldBindingMergeStrategy::nullWinnerBehaviour() and
  isValidForScalarTargets() encode the per-strategy null-winner matrix
  (RFC Q7) and the collection-only restriction (RFC V1).
- ResolvedBinding/BindingApplicationResult/BindingPassResult readonly
  DTOs for the binding pipeline. Construction-time validation for
  trust level. Apply-status derived from result aggregate.

Note: the existing enum is named FormFieldBindingMergeStrategy (not
MergeStrategy as the prompt sketched). Methods added to it directly.

9fa8231cf7 refactor(form-field): extract FormFieldChildTableMorphScope abstract base
Closes the WS-5 family follow-up tracked as
FORM-BUILDER-MORPH-SCOPE-BASE-CLASS in BACKLOG.md. Per addendum
§Q3 Uitvoering across WS-5a/b/c/d, base-class extraction was
deliberately deferred until all four concrete morph-scope siblings
existed and the "what actually varies" question could be answered
empirically.

The answer is: nothing. All four siblings —
FormFieldBindingScope (WS-5a), FormFieldValidationRuleScope (WS-5b),
FormFieldConfigScope (WS-5b commit 5), and FormFieldOptionScope
(WS-5d) — are byte-equal in their apply() and resolveOrganisationId()
methods (Phase A diff verification clean: zero lines diverging
across all three pairwise comparisons).

Approach:

  - New abstract class FormFieldChildTableMorphScope holds the full
    UNION-over-two-owner-chains scope logic with the morph alias
    literals extracted as private constants
    (OWNER_TYPE_FIELD, OWNER_TYPE_LIBRARY) for one-location-of-truth.
  - The four concrete scopes become marker subclasses
    (`final class X extends FormFieldChildTableMorphScope {}`) — class
    identity preserved so every existing
    `withoutGlobalScope(FormFieldXScope::class)` call site in cascade
    observers, backfill migrations, and platform super_admin paths
    continues to work unchanged. The 4 test call sites (in the four
    *ScopeTest classes) work without modification.
  - Helper visibility stays `private` per YAGNI. If a future sibling
    needs to vary the morph aliases or owner-chain, the helpers
    promote to `protected` at that point.
  - Stylistic refinement vs. the four originals: `Organisation` and
    `Event` in resolveOrganisationId() now use `use` statements at
    the top of the file instead of inline `\App\Models\…` FQNs.

Net diff:
  Pre: 4 concrete scope files at ~106 lines each (~424 lines total)
  Post: 4 marker subclasses at 20 lines (80 total) +
        1 abstract base at 125 lines = 205 lines total
  Saving: ~219 lines of duplication removed.

Tests: 1208 passed (3260 assertions) → 1208 passed (3260 assertions).
Identical — public behaviour unchanged.

Larastan: clean (no new errors beyond baseline).
Rector: 357 → 355 dry-run suggestions (small reduction from the
deduplication; no apply in this commit).

f38c7ece97 chore: install laravel telescope as dev-only debugging dashboard
Installs laravel/telescope ^5.0 (v5.12.5) as a dev-dependency.
Three-layer production safety adapted to Laravel 11 layout (no
Kernel.php; routing/schedule in bootstrap/app.php +
routes/console.php):

  1. composer.json `extra.laravel.dont-discover` lists
     laravel/telescope. After editing, `php artisan package:discover`
     regenerates bootstrap/cache/packages.php — without this step
     the auto-discovery cache still registers the vendor provider.
  2. AppServiceProvider::register() gates registration to local +
     testing environments. Registers BOTH the vendor
     Laravel\Telescope\TelescopeServiceProvider (routes, migrations,
     publishing) AND the project's App\Providers\TelescopeService
     Provider (gate + filter) — they're sibling classes that extend
     ServiceProvider independently, not parent/child, so both must
     register for the dashboard to work. bootstrap/providers.php
     deliberately does NOT list either Telescope provider.
  3. .env TELESCOPE_ENABLED flag (false in .env.example). Runtime
     toggle that disables Telescope even when the providers are
     registered.

Production safety verified via simulated APP_ENV=production check:
confirms no Telescope-* providers are loaded.

Authorization: viewTelescope gate restricts dashboard to users
with the super_admin Spatie Permission role. Even in local
environments, only super_admin can view. Default was an email
allow-list stub — replaced with `$user->hasRole('super_admin')`.

Pruning: Schedule::command('telescope:prune --hours=48') added in
routes/console.php (Laravel 11's schedule location), environment-
gated to local + testing only.

Documentation: /dev-docs/TELESCOPE.md added; CLAUDE.md gets a
Development-tooling section. The doc explicitly calls out the
dual-provider registration (vendor + app) which differs from the
single-provider pattern in older Laravel versions.

Migrations applied: telescope_entries, telescope_entries_tags,
telescope_monitoring tables. Route registration verified in local
(42 telescope.* routes).

Tests: 1208/1208 passing — Telescope loads in the testing
environment as well, so the suite exercised it without issues.

Deployment note (flag for separate docs): a production operator
who runs `php artisan migrate` manually will still apply the
Telescope migrations — but because the providers never register
in production, the tables stay empty.

e7c9482474 refactor(form-field): drop form_fields.options + form_field_library.options
Final WS-5d cleanup. The JSON columns that have been unread since
commit 3 are now physically dropped on both source tables. Their
canonical rich-shape lives in form_field_options, accessed
exclusively through the morphMany relation.

Defensive sweep: any lingering translations.{locale}.options key in
either source table's translations bag is stripped. Commit 2's
backfill should already have done so exhaustively; this is
belt-and-braces.

Rollback re-creates the columns as nullable JSON but leaves them
empty. Pair with commit 2's rollback to restore the pre-WS-5d data
shape on every owner row.

The commit-3 getOptionsAttribute accessor-bridge on FormField +
FormFieldLibrary is removed — Eloquent's getAttribute() resolution
now naturally falls through to the morphMany relation since there's
no underlying column to shadow it. New regression test
FormFieldOptionsAccessTest asserts $field->options resolves to an
Eloquent Collection of FormFieldOption instances and lazy-loads in
exactly 2 queries (1 parent + 1 lazy-load options) on a fresh fetch
without with() preload. Same trio for FormFieldLibrary.

Migration step-count tests in WS-5a/b/c bumped by 1 to account for
the new drop_form_field_options_json_columns migration on the
rollback stack.

Documentation:
  - SCHEMA.md v2.6: form_field_options table documented; options row
    removed from form_fields and form_field_library; morphMany
    relations updated; cross-references to ARCH-FORM-BUILDER §17.6
    and addendum §Q3 WS-5d Uitvoering added on both source-table
    docblocks.
  - ARCH-FORM-BUILDER.md v1.8: new §17.6 "Field options (relational)"
    mirrors the §17.4 / §17.5 relational-sibling structure with
    sub-sections 17.6.1 rationale, 17.6.2 table + catalogue, 17.6.3
    service / scope / cascade / activity log, 17.6.4 snapshot
    embedding, 17.6.5 external API contract. Existing Webhooks
    section renumbered from §17.6 to §17.7.
  - ARCH-CONSOLIDATION-ADDENDUM-2026-04-24.md: "Uitvoering — WS-5d
    (2026-04-27)" section added. Eight paragraphs covering the
    snapshot atomic rewrite, strict-fail backfill dispatch, dual
    activity-log emit, four-sibling base-class extraction warrant,
    commit 0 dead-code precondition, the temporary getOptionsAttribute
    accessor-bridge pattern (with reusability note for future
    JSON→relational refactors), the dev-seeder vergoedingstype RADIO
    normalisation (drift correction explicitly distinguished from the
    parallel apps/app RegistrationFieldTemplate description domain),
    and the WS-5 family completion note.
  - BACKLOG.md: FORM-BUILDER-LIBRARY-AUDIT-LOG entry extended to four
    services (adds library.options_replaced); new
    FORM-BUILDER-MORPH-SCOPE-BASE-CLASS entry added as the WS-5d
    follow-up now that all four concrete morph-scope siblings exist.

Tests: 1193 → 1208 green (+15 across commits 3+4+5; this commit alone:
+2 from the regression test).

This completes the WS-5 family.

bb9242fd6e refactor(form-field): resources + snapshot + validator read form_field_options
Atomic reader switch. All call paths that previously read
form_fields.options / form_field_library.options from the JSON column
now read through FormFieldOptionService::toJsonShape() via the
morphMany relation:

  - FormFieldResource + FormFieldLibraryResource +
    PublicFormSchemaResource emit the rich-shape array
  - FilterRegistryController emits rich shape uniformly (no flat-array
    carve-out for filter-UI compatibility — preflight scan confirmed
    zero portal/app consumers, S5 territory)
  - FormFieldRuleBuilder plucks values from the relation for in:options
    rule construction
  - FormSubmissionService::buildSnapshot writes rich-shape options into
    snapshots and strips translations.{locale}.options from each field's
    translations bag (defensive — commit 2 backfill already did the
    bulk strip)
  - Four FormFieldRequest variants accept array-of-spec-objects,
    validate shape in after() via FormFieldOptionService::assertSpecsValid,
    and hand off to FormFieldOptionService::replaceOptions for writes
  - FormFieldService::create + update extract option specs from the
    request data and route through the service after the FormField row
    is persisted

FormField and FormFieldLibrary $casts no longer include 'options'; the
JSON column is no longer cast. Options removed from $fillable on both
models so ::create() / ::fill() / mass assignment can no longer touch
the legacy column. Both models gain a getOptionsAttribute() accessor
that resolves $model->options to the eager-loaded morphMany collection
— required because Eloquent's getAttribute() prefers a real DB column
over a relation method, and the JSON column lives on the table until
WS-5d commit 5 drops it.

Activity log — dual emit per §6.7 / §17.4.2 / §17.6.3:
  - field.updated carries old.options / new.options diff via
    toJsonShape() reconstruction, byte-equal JSON compare to avoid
    cosmetic false positives. Field updates that don't touch options
    omit the key entirely
  - field.options_replaced emits inside replaceOptions() on FormField
    subject only; library subject writes silent (mirrors the WS-5b /
    WS-5c convention)

JSON columns (form_fields.options, form_field_library.options) remain
present but unread — column drops land atomically in commit 5.

Two pre-existing test fixtures that seeded options via the JSON column
(FormFieldApiTest + PublicFormValidationTest) migrated to the
spec-array path: FormField::factory()->withOptions([...]) where the
options live on the field, or explicit spec-array request bodies for
HTTP tests.

Tests: 1193 → 1206 green (+13 tests / +28 assertions).

15e4e49d8c feat(form-field): backfill form_fields.options to form_field_options
Atomic data migration. Every options datum in the database — in
form_fields and form_field_library, their translations bags, and the
form_submissions.schema_snapshot + form_templates.schema_snapshot JSON
blobs — is converted to the new relational rich-shape representation.

Strict dispatch per §17.4.4 / §8.7 convention:
  - Fail on field_type ∉ {RADIO, SELECT, MULTISELECT, CHECKBOX_LIST}
    carrying non-null options (post-WS-5b TAG_PICKER seed-bug indicator)
  - Fail on non-flat-string-array options shape
  - Fail on translations.{locale}.options[] length mismatch
  - Fail on non-string / >255-char translated labels
  - Fail on any residual translations.{locale}.options key after
    step C migration

Snapshot rewrite in-place: both form_submissions.schema_snapshot and
form_templates.schema_snapshot walk fields[*] and rewrite options to
the new rich-shape, strip per-locale options[] from the parallel
translations bag. Zero-compromise directive — no reader tolerance for
pre-WS-5d shape in commit 3 onwards.

Rollback reconstructs JSON column shapes plus translations bags.
Forward+back pair safe as a unit; partial rollback unsupported.

FormFieldService::insertFromLibrary switches from JSON-copy to
FormFieldOptionService::copyOptions row-clone per addendum Q3 row-copy
mandate. The field's own translations bag no longer carries
{locale}.options keys — those live on option rows now.

Seeders and factories switch to service-level option creation:
  - FormBuilderDevSeeder.canonicalFields keeps flat-string options as
    its data shape; FormField::create no longer receives an options
    key, the post-create FormFieldOptionService::replaceOptions call
    inserts the rich rows. The same applies to
    seedEventRegistrationShowcaseSchema. The vergoedingstype field's
    legacy {label, description} object shape (a pre-WS-5d seed-bug
    that the strict backfill would reject) is normalised to flat
    strings; the descriptions are dropped.
  - seedSystemTemplates embeds rich-shape options in the template
    snapshot — no flat-array snapshot data remains in newly-seeded
    rows.
  - FormFieldFactory + FormFieldLibraryFactory drop the options
    default; new ::withOptions() helper accepts either flat strings
    (each becomes value+label) or full spec arrays and routes through
    the service.

JSON columns (form_fields.options, form_field_library.options) remain
present and writable via fillable; column-drop lands in commit 5.
Reads from the JSON column still exist in resources, snapshot writer,
FormRequests, FormValueService, and FilterRegistryController — commit
3 switches those all atomically.

Migration step-count tests in WS-5a/b/c bumped by 1 to account for
the new backfill_form_field_options migration on the migration stack.

Tests: 1182 → 1193 green (+11 tests / +56 assertions).

11588623c5 feat(form-field): add form_field_options table, service, scope, cascade
Fourth and final WS-5 sibling. Polymorphic morph-owned table for the
RADIO / SELECT / MULTISELECT / CHECKBOX_LIST option rows, shared
between form_fields and form_field_library via the owner_type
discriminator. Matches the WS-5a (bindings) / WS-5b (validation_rules
+ configs) pattern one-for-one: dedicated service as single writer,
UNION-over-two-owner-chains scope, shared cascade observer.

Row shape:
  - value canonical storage value (string ≤255, UNIQUE per owner)
  - label         default-locale display label (string ≤255)
  - sort_order    int unsigned
  - translations  JSON { "<locale>": "<translated label>" }

The UNIQUE(owner_type, owner_id, value) index ffo_owner_value_unique
is the seed-bug guard — duplicate values per field have no semantic
meaning and must fail at both the service layer (assertSpecsValid)
and the DB level.

Activity log: field.options_replaced emits on FormField subject only,
per the §6.7 WS-5a / §17.4.2 WS-5b convention that library-level
changes are silent in activity log.

No production reads yet. The form_fields.options and
form_field_library.options JSON columns remain the active source of
truth until the commit-3 reader switch — accessing $field->options
still resolves through the JSON cast in commit 1, so model tests
exercise the new morphMany via $field->options() (explicit relation
call). Both FormField and FormFieldLibrary now carry an `options`
morphMany alongside `bindings`, `validation_rules`, and `configs`.

Cascade: FormFieldChildTablesCascadeObserver gains form_field_options
as the fourth child cleaned on owner delete (both FormField soft/
force-delete and FormFieldLibrary delete).

Migration step-count tests in WS-5a/b/c bumped by 1 to account for
the new create_form_field_options_table on the migration stack.

Base scope-class extraction across the four siblings — deliberately
deferred to a follow-up work package per addendum §17.4.3 / §17.5.3.
Now that all four concrete implementations exist, the "what actually
varies" question can be answered empirically.

Tests: 1158 → 1182 green (+24 tests / +42 assertions).

e17fc7c2f4 chore: remove dead legacy form-data migration commands
MigrateLegacyFormsData and VerifyFormsDataIntegrity exist to migrate the
pre-form-builder registration_form_fields / registration_field_templates
/ person_field_values tables into the current form_* tables. Those
legacy tables have been dropped from the dev database (verified via the
2026_04_20 drop_remaining_legacy_registration_tables migration), which
means the migrator's top-of-handle() guard always short-circuits the
run. The verify command is only reachable via
MigrateLegacyFormsData::verify() — also dead with its caller gone.

CLAUDE.md delete > adapt. These commands would also break the WS-5d
commit 5 column drop: MigrateLegacyFormsData:225 writes \$rff->options
straight to form_fields.options, which will not exist after commit 5.
Cleaning up before WS-5d starts keeps the dev tree consistent throughout
the refactor.

The two stale comment references in FormBuilderDevSeeder (header docblock
and seedSubmissionsForEvent docblock) plus the migration docblock that
mentions the migrator self-skip behaviour are scrubbed in the same
commit so no orphan references remain.

No production data exists; no migration safety net is being removed.

Tests: 1158 → 1158 green (no test coverage existed for these commands;
they were truly orphaned).

2656818c35 refactor(form-field): extract legacy conditional_logic shape normaliser
Three byte-identical copies of `normaliseLegacyGroupShape` lived in
FormFieldService, StoreFormFieldRequest, and UpdateFormFieldRequest.
WS-5d (form_fields.options) would have been the fourth copy. Hoist
the helper to a single public static on FormFieldConditionalLogicService
and have all three call sites delegate.

Implementation:

  - `FormFieldConditionalLogicService::normaliseLegacyShape(array)` —
    pure recursive passthrough. Translates the ARCH §8 JSON group shape
    (`{"all": [...]}` / `{"any": [...]}`) into the service's internal
    `{"operator", "children"}` form. Does NOT validate; malformed shapes
    return as-is and surface downstream as
    `InvalidConditionalLogicSpecException` from `assertSpecsValid`.
  - Group operator catalogue sourced from
    `FormFieldConditionalLogicGroupOperator::values()` instead of an
    `['all', 'any']` literal — single source of truth for future
    operator additions.
  - All three call sites switched to the static method. The two
    FormRequests reach it via the existing `use` import; FormFieldService
    sits in the same namespace.

Behaviour preserved exactly:

  - Existing FormFieldApiTest (cyclic logic rejection),
    FormFieldStrictConditionalLogicRequestTest (strict-validator
    rejection paths), and FormFieldConditionalLogicServiceTest
    (service-level paths) all green without modification.

New unit tests pin the passthrough contract (8 tests):

  - Valid ALL / ANY translations
  - Recursive nested-group translation (depth 2)
  - Internal shape unchanged
  - Condition leaf passthrough
  - Unknown group key (`xor`) returned unchanged for downstream
    `assertSpecsValid` to reject
  - Empty array unchanged
  - Non-array children stripped silently

Tests: 1150 → 1158 green (3110 → 3124 assertions).

64f5855fdb test(form-field): pin conditional_logic activity log payload contract
ARCH §8.6 specifies a dual-event contract on logic changes — a
`field.updated` row carrying old/new diffs of the reconstructed JSON
shape, plus a semantic `field.conditional_logic_replaced` row from
inside `replaceLogic()`. The semantic event is already pinned by
`FormFieldConditionalLogicServiceTest`. The diff payload contract was
documented but unasserted.

Two new tests:

  - `test_field_updated_activity_log_contains_conditional_logic_diff_when_tree_changes`
    Pins old/new payload shapes via byte-equal `json_encode` comparison
    (mirrors ConditionalLogicSnapshotAndResourceParityTest's
    associative-array key-order trap). Both rows share the same
    causer_id.
  - `test_field_updated_without_logic_change_does_not_emit_conditional_logic_diff`
    Pins the negative: bare label-only updates must NOT carry a
    `conditional_logic` key in the field.updated payload, and must NOT
    emit a semantic `field.conditional_logic_replaced` row.

The first test passed against the original implementation; the second
required `FormFieldService::update()` to filter `conditional_logic`
out of the activity-log payload when the reconstructed shape didn't
change between pre- and post-write. Adjustment lands in this commit:
the `$before` / `$new` arrays now only carry the key when

079d10975b refactor(form-builder): strict validator + drop form_fields.conditional_logic JSON column
WS-5c commit 3 of 4. FormRequests (Store/Update) now reject bad
conditional_logic trees at the HTTP boundary — the `after()` hook
unwraps the `show_when` envelope, normalises legacy `{all|any: [...]}`
group shape to the service's internal form, and delegates to
`FormFieldConditionalLogicService::assertSpecsValid()`. Unknown
operators, root conditions, empty groups, and unknown field_slug
references produce a 422 with a readable error before any write.

`form_fields.conditional_logic` JSON column dropped. FormField model
`$fillable` and `$casts` no longer mention the column; factory default
no longer writes `null` to it. Snapshot fixtures in the dev seeder and
the legacy-forms migration command keep `conditional_logic` in their
snapshot JSON shape — that's the schema_snapshot contract, not the DB
column.

FormFieldController now maps InvalidConditionalLogicSpecException to
422 alongside FrozenSchemaException / CyclicDependencyException.

Rollback path: roll back WS-5c commits 1–3 together. Partial rollback
(drop-column reversed but backfill still applied) is not a supported
state — matching the WS-5a/b precedent on the family's full-rollback
contract.

Tests: 6 new (strict FormRequest rejection cases + JSON-column drop
assertion). Rollback step counts in WS-5a/b migration tests bumped +1
for the drop_conditional_logic_json_column migration. Baseline
1142 → 1148 green (3085 → 3099 assertions).

d06ea01b09 feat(form-builder): FormFieldConditionalLogicService + cycle detection + legacy backfill + snapshot
WS-5c commit 2 of 4 — the service layer, backfill migration, and
read-path switch. Per addendum Q3, conditional_logic applies to
FormField only — no library mirror and no copyLogic on
FormFieldService::insertFromLibrary.

FormFieldConditionalLogicService owns every write:
  - logicFor(field): depth-limited eager-load of the tree
  - replaceLogic(field, tree): transactional structure + operator +
    field_slug validation + cycle check + activity-log emit
    (field.conditional_logic_replaced)
  - toJsonShape(root): reconstructs the canonical ARCH §8
    `{show_when: {...}}` shape — single source of truth for the
    snapshot writer + API resources
  - assertSpecsValid(tree): public boundary guard for the FormRequest
    strict validator (WS-5c commit 3 wires this up)
  - assertNoCycles(field, tree): contract preserved from
    FormFieldService::assertNoConditionalCycle, implementation now
    reads the relational adjacency.

Backfill migration translates pre-WS-5c conditional_logic JSON to
rows. Strict dispatch: unknown operators / unknown top-level keys /
malformed groups FAIL the migration — Phase A seed-scan confirmed
the catalogue parity, so any drift is a data bug to fix at source,
not silently absorb. Rollback rebuilds canonical JSON and clears
the relational tree.

FormFieldService.create/update route `conditional_logic` through
the new service (matching the extract-and-delegate pattern from
WS-5a bindings and WS-5b validation rules). Snapshot writer + both
resources (FormFieldResource, PublicFormSchemaResource) read via
`toJsonShape(rootConditionalLogicGroup())` — byte-for-byte parity
with the pre-WS-5c JSON contract.

InvalidConditionalLogicSpecException handled in FormFieldController
as 422, same as FrozenSchemaException / CyclicDependencyException.

Tests: 20 new under tests/Feature/FormBuilder/ConditionalLogic/
(service, cycle detection, backfill forward+rollback+failure cases,
snapshot + resource parity). FormFieldApiTest cyclic rejection test
rewritten to use the new factory state. Rollback step counts in
WS-5a/b migration tests bumped +1 for the new backfill migration.
Baseline 1122 → 1142 green (3032 → 3085 assertions).

2064b9901e feat(form-builder): form_field_conditional_logic_{groups,conditions} tables + OrganisationScope cap raise to 5
WS-5c commit 1 of 4 — relational infrastructure for the conditional-
logic tree that replaces form_fields.conditional_logic JSON (ARCH-
FORM-BUILDER §8; addendum Q3 WS-5c).

Tables: groups (nesting via parent_group_id) + conditions (leaves,
value JSON nullable for empty/not_empty). Simple FK to form_fields —
addendum Q3 explicitly excludes form_field_library from conditional_
logic scope, so no polymorphic morph here.

OrganisationScope cap raised 3 → 5 hops. The conditions chain is
4 hops (condition → group → field → schema → organisation_id column)
and the new cap gives headroom for future deeper trees without
denormalising form_field_id onto conditions.

Cascade observer (FormFieldChildTablesCascadeObserver) extended to
physically delete the new groups table on FormField delete (hard or
soft). Conditions cascade automatically via the group_id FK on the
groups table.

Factories: FormFieldConditionalLogicGroupFactory, FormFieldConditional
LogicConditionFactory, and FormFieldFactory::withConditionalLogic($tree)
for concise test fixtures.

Tests: 16 new under tests/Feature/FormBuilder/ConditionalLogic/
(relation, scope, cascade, enum catalogue). 3 new scope-cap tests in
ScopeLeakageTest verify 4/5-hop chains pass and 6-hop throws. Hardcoded
rollback step counts in WS-5a/b migration tests bumped for the 2 new
WS-5c migrations. Baseline 1104 → 1122 green (2988 → 3032 assertions).

6933e6d700 feat(form-builder): FormFieldBindingService + library-to-field row copy + snapshot writer
WS-5a commit 2 of 4.

FormFieldBindingService owns all writes to the relational binding table.
Validation against config/form_binding.php entity-column registry lives here
(ARCH §6.2).

FormFieldService::insertFromLibrary now calls copyBindings instead of
hydrating JSON — the Q3 row-copy mandate. Library and field bindings share
the same table; insertion is a row-clone operation.

Snapshot writer (FormSubmissionService::buildSnapshot) serialises bindings
via toJsonShape so schema_snapshot JSON keeps its ARCH §4.6.1 / §6.3
contract. No snapshot format change.
API resources source binding output from the relational table via the same
serialiser — external shape preserved.

Tests: service transactional behaviour, copyBindings preservation,
snapshot parity, API resource parity.

af8a9da038 feat(form-builder): form_field_bindings table + polymorphic owner + cascade observer
WS-5a commit 1 of 4 per ARCH-CONSOLIDATION-ADDENDUM-2026-04-24 Q3.

Creates the relational home for what was form_fields.binding JSON and
form_field_library.default_binding JSON. Owner discriminator is polymorphic
morph (owner_type/owner_id) — the pattern the rest of WS-5 (5b validation_rules,
5d options) will reuse.

Migration backfills rows from both JSON sources in a single transaction and
is genuinely reversible (rollback reconstructs the JSON). Old columns remain
in place until commit 3 has switched all readers.

Pattern B (binding=null) is represented by absence of row. mode enum covers
entity_owned / mirrored only.

Cascade on owner delete via observer — bindings are physical state, not
historical audit. FormFieldBindingScope enforces multi-tenancy via UNION over
both owner chains (form_field → schema → org OR form_field_library → org) —
Q2's declarative tenantScopeStrategy() can't walk morph parents.

Tests: migration forward/back, morph relation, cascade observer, scope
isolation, enum coverage.

b688ec26f0 feat(scope): declarative FK-chain strategy for OrganisationScope, register on 14 models per addendum Q2 + D-03/D-04
Refactors OrganisationScope to support a declarative, recursive FK-chain
resolver and registers the scope on 14 models that previously relied on
caller-discipline for tenant isolation.

Scope resolver (app/Models/Scopes/OrganisationScope.php):
Models now declare their strategy via:

    public static function tenantScopeStrategy(): array
    {
        return ['column' => 'organisation_id'];           // terminal
        // OR
        return ['via' => FormSchema::class, 'fk' => 'form_schema_id'];
    }

The apply() path walks the chain recursively, building whereIn subqueries
against parent models until it hits a column-based strategy. Max 3 hops;
deeper chains raise App\Exceptions\TenantScopeResolutionException. The
walker accepts BOTH the new tenantScopeStrategy() and the legacy
$organisationScopeColumn property at every hop — so PersonIdentityMatch
can chain via Person, which still uses the legacy event_id bridge, without
requiring Person/Event/Shift/FestivalSection/TimeSlot to migrate to the
new convention in this work package. That migration is a separate
backlog ticket — explicitly scope-controlled per the addendum.

Fourteen newly-scoped models:

  Form-builder child models (D-03):
    FormSchemaSection             via FormSchema                    (1 hop)
    FormField                     via FormSchema                    (1 hop)
    FormSubmission                column organisation_id (Commit 2)
    FormValue                     via FormSubmission                (1 hop)
    FormValueOption via FormValue -> FormSubmission (2 hops)
    FormSubmissionSectionStatus   via FormSubmission                (1 hop)
    FormSubmissionDelegation      via FormSubmission                (1 hop)
    FormSchemaWebhook             via FormSchema                    (1 hop)
    FormWebhookDelivery           via FormSubmission                (1 hop)

  Event-data models (D-04 event-data subset):
    ShiftAssignment               via Shift (legacy festival_section_id)
    ShiftWaitlist                 via Shift
    VolunteerAvailability         via TimeSlot (legacy event_id)
    PersonSectionPreference       via FestivalSection (legacy event_id)
    PersonIdentityMatch           via Person (legacy event_id)

Note — task directive specified VolunteerAvailability "via: Event, fk: event_id",
but the table has no event_id column (only person_id + time_slot_id).
Rerouted via TimeSlot, which carries the legacy event_id bridge; same
end result, correct FK.

Security-relevant callers made explicit:
  PublicFormSchemaResource::toArray() now eagerly loads fields + sections
  with withoutGlobalScope(OrganisationScope::class). Prior to this commit
  the public form endpoint silently relied on those relations being
  unscoped. The PublicFormCrossOrgScopeTest pre-existing assertions still
  pass — behaviour unchanged, intent now explicit.

Test fix: FormSchemaApiTest::test_publish_sets_is_published_true was
flaky (factory randomly picked EVENT_REGISTRATION which requires
bindings). Pinned to USER_PROFILE for determinism; PurposeSchemaLifecycleTest
covers the binding-enforcement path.

Test flip: MultiTenancyTest::test_form_schema_webhook_is_not_globally_scoped
renamed to is_scoped_via_fk_chain and asserts the new behaviour: scope
filters by route org, withoutGlobalScope() still exposes cross-org rows.
The test's original purpose ("pin current behaviour so a future refactor
is intentional") is now satisfied by Commit 3 being that intentional
refactor.

Docs:
  SCHEMA.md §3.5.11 Rule 5 — tenantScopeStrategy() convention documented;
    the 14 newly-scoped models enumerated; link to addendum Q2.
  ARCH-FORM-BUILDER.md §4.14 — new section "Multi-tenancy scope chain"
    with the hop-count table for all 14 chains and the withoutGlobalScope
    pattern for cross-org callers.

Tests: tests/Feature/MultiTenancy/ScopeLeakageTest.php — two orgs with
fully-populated record chains down to each of the 14 leaf models; asserts
scoped queries never cross, withoutGlobalScope still does. Plus: three-
hop chain (FormValueOption) explicitly exercised, legacy-column bridge
verified, over-deep chain raises TenantScopeResolutionException. 16 tests /
31 new assertions. Full suite: 1000 passed (2706 assertions).

ae8e2fdb4e feat(form-builder): denormalize organisation_id and event_id on form_submissions per addendum Q2
Adds direct tenant + event columns to form_submissions so rapportage-hot
aggregate queries (dashboards, CSV-exports, counts over thousands of rows
per org or per event) skip the form_schemas join. This is the single
denormalization exception per addendum Q2; every other form-builder child
table continues to resolve tenancy via FK-chain through its parent
(implemented in Commit 3).

Schema:
- form_submissions.organisation_id ULID FK → organisations, cascade delete, NOT NULL
- form_submissions.event_id ULID FK → events, null on delete, nullable
- Indexes: (organisation_id, status), (event_id, status)

Observer: App\Observers\FormBuilder\FormSubmissionObserver::creating
resolves both columns when the caller has not set them.
  - organisation_id <- form_schema.organisation_id (always present —
    form_schemas carries OrganisationScope's column directly)
  - event_id <- schema.owner_id when owner_type === 'event'; else the
    active route's {event} parameter; else null (user_profile /
    signature_contract purposes)
The observer docblock spells out both resolution paths and is covered
by the observer test below.

Model: FormSubmission gains organisation_id + event_id in $fillable, a
belongsTo organisation() and belongsTo event() relation.

Factory: FormSubmissionFactory gains forOrganisation($org) and
forEvent($event) states for tests that need to override the observer's
automatic resolution (e.g. cross-org leakage scenarios in Commit 3).
Normal factory usage does not need the states — the observer populates
both fields on save.

Docs:
- SCHEMA.md §3.5.12 form_submissions table — organisation_id and event_id
  inserted between form_schema_id and subject_type; indexes added;
  addendum Q2 rationale paragraph at the bottom explaining why this is
  the only denormalized form-builder child.
- ARCH-FORM-BUILDER.md §4.3 — mirror changes + rationale inline on the
  columns and in the indexes list.

Tests: tests/Feature/FormBuilder/FormSubmissionObserverTest.php — 7 tests
covering organisation resolution from schema, event resolution from
event-owned schema, null event_id for non-event-owned schemas without
route context, route-based event resolution, organisation_id populated
on every create path (factory / new() / Model::create), index presence,
and belongsTo relations. 13 new assertions. Full suite: 984 passed

a92ddc48ec refactor(schema): migrate eleven pivot/EAV tables to ULID per addendum Q1
Retires the "integer AI PK for join performance" exception documented
in earlier migrations and SCHEMA.md §3.5.11 Rule 1. Every business and
pivot table now uses ULID primary keys, per
/dev-docs/ARCH-CONSOLIDATION-ADDENDUM-2026-04-24.md Q1.

Tables migrated (WS-1 A-01 through A-11):
- Pure pivots: organisation_user, event_user_roles, crowd_list_persons,
  event_person_activations
- Model-backed: user_organisation_tags, person_section_preferences,
  mfa_backup_codes, mfa_email_codes, form_submission_section_statuses,
  form_values, form_value_options

Migration pattern: one new migration per table (plus one combined for
the form_values / form_value_options FK pair), timestamped today,
dropping + recreating with the new ULID PK. Pre-launch — no backfill
required. Original migrations remain in place; the new migrations
apply in timestamp order for a clean schema history.

Pivot model correction (addendum drift):
The addendum's "no model required for pure pivots" reading did not
account for Laravel's BelongsToMany::attach() — it cannot auto-generate
a pivot ULID without a Pivot subclass. Minimal Pivot classes under
app/Models/Pivots/ (OrganisationUser, EventUserRole, CrowdListPerson,
EventPersonActivation) carry HasUlids so attach() works. The six
belongsToMany relations (User.organisations / .events, Organisation.users,
Event.users, CrowdList.persons, Person.crowdLists) now ->using(...) the
appropriate Pivot class. DB::table()->insert() on event_person_activations
in DevSeeder populates the ULID inline via Str::ulid(). FormValueObserver
uses bulk FormValueOption::insert() which bypasses model events — ULIDs
are now generated inline there too.

Docs:
- SCHEMA.md §3.5.11 Rule 1 rewritten to mandate ULID on pivots too, with
  legacy note citing the addendum.
- All eleven table entries updated from "int AI PK" to "ULID PK" with
  addendum Q1 references.
- form_values and form_submission_section_statuses prose blocks updated
  to drop the retired ARCH §4.4 / "high-volume pivot" rationale.
- form_value_options.form_value_id column type corrected from
  "int FK" to "ULID FK".

Tests: tests/Feature/Schema/UlidPrimaryKeyTest.php covers HasUlids trait
presence, ULID shape + 26-char Crockford pattern, Route::bind resolution,
distinct + sortable pivot ULIDs, attach() auto-generation on pure pivots,
and the A-10/A-11 FK chain. 10 tests / 28 new assertions. Full suite:
977 passed (2662 assertions).

a71201f4d3 feat(form-builder): add pre-publish binding check per purpose
`FormSchemaService::publish()` now verifies that every binding path
declared by the schema's PurposeDefinition::requiredBindings is present
on at least one of the schema's `form_fields.binding` JSON entries.
Missing bindings raise PurposeRequirementsNotMetException with a
structured `purposeSlug` + `missingBindings[]` payload.

ab67ed46ca refactor(form-builder): consolidate subject-type allow-list into purpose registry
Q6 of ARCH-CONSOLIDATION-ADDENDUM-2026-04-24: the allowed
`form_submissions.subject_type` values are now derived from
`PurposeRegistry::allSubjectTypes()` instead of the parallel
`config/form_subjects.php` file.

- CreateFormSubmissionRequest validates `subject_type` against the
  registry via constructor-injected PurposeRegistry.
- FormSubmissionController and FormValueService resolve the subject
  FQCN through `Relation::getMorphedModel()` — the morph-map is the
  single source of truth for alias → model mapping.
- `config/form_subjects.php` is deleted. `MorphMapAlignmentTest` keeps
  the registry and morph-map aligned going forward.

b9343f6eec refactor(form-builder): drop custom purpose escape from schemas
Reduces the FormPurpose vocabulary from 22 variants + a `custom` escape
to the seven v1.0 purposes registered in the new PurposeRegistry.

- Purge migration deletes any form_schemas row whose `purpose` is not
  in the v1.0 set (cascades through form_fields, form_submissions,
  form_values, form_value_options, form_schema_sections,
  form_submission_section_statuses, form_submission_delegations,
  form_schema_webhooks, form_webhook_deliveries via existing FK).
- Drop migration removes the `custom_purpose_slug` column + its index.
- Both migrations declare their `down()` as a hard failure — we do not
  support reversing a purge (pre-launch, no production data).
- `FormPurpose` enum slims to the seven cases; the legacy helpers
  (defaultSubmissionMode / defaultSubjectType / allowsPublicAccess)
  now delegate to PurposeRegistry so callers keep working.
- FormSchema fillable / FormSchemaResource / StoreFormSchemaRequest /
  UpdateFormSchemaRequest / FormSchemaFactory drop every reference to
  `custom_purpose_slug` and the `custom` purpose.
- VerifyFormsDataIntegrity drops the custom-slug mismatch check and
  sources the subject-type allow-list from PurposeRegistry.

e93207765b feat(form-builder): introduce purpose registry and definition value object
Lands the v1.0 purpose registry (WS-2 of the consolidation sprint) as a
first-class concept: a `PurposeDefinition` value object, a
`PurposeRegistry` service keyed by slug, and a declarative
`config/form_builder/purposes.php` registry with exactly the seven
purposes from ARCH-CONSOLIDATION §6.4.

Also rebuilds the morph-map in `AppServiceProvider::boot` into three
labelled blocks: (1) domain subject types derived from
`PurposeRegistry::allSubjectTypes()`, (2) non-purpose domain types
hardcoded with comments (form_schemas owner_types, activity-log
subjects), (3) framework types (spatie/activitylog; Sanctum stays
absent per addendum Q4).

b6a3a17b0a feat(form-builder): detect duplicate submissions by email on same form schema
Informational hint on the confirmation page when the same email has
already submitted the form. Not a block — the submission proceeds
normally. Privacy-safe: only shown to the submitter themselves.

Scope: same form_schema_id only. Cross-form/cross-event detection
would leak info about other forms.

- New FormSubmissionDuplicateDetector service queries by
  form_submissions.public_submitter_email (trim + case-insensitive)
  scoped to the schema, status=submitted, excluding the current
  submission. Errors are swallowed + logged so a detector failure
  never blocks the submit response.
- PublicFormSubmissionController enriches the submit response by
  setting a transient duplicate_submission_data attribute on the
  submission before resource serialisation.
- PublicFormSubmissionResource serialises a duplicate_submission
  block with count, first_submitted_at, plus backend-authored
  Dutch title + body (plural-agreement + IntlDateFormatter for
  "23 april 2026"-style long-form dates). Null when no priors,
  no email, or detector error.
- DuplicateSubmissionHint.vue (warning-typed tonal VAlert) above
  IdentityMatchBanner on FormConfirmation. Prefers backend copy
  with Intl-based Dutch date fallback for safety.
- 16 new backend assertions across the detector and the full
  submit-response flow; 5 new Vitest assertions for the hint.

Note on scope: spec suggested extracting email from values via
schema binding; the codebase's public flow captures submitter
email in a guaranteed column (public_submitter_email) populated
by the stepper's Contactgegevens step. Using that directly is
both simpler and more correct for the duplicate-by-submitter
semantic. When FORM-05's binding-based extractor lands, this
detector can migrate without changing its public API.

fda8033633 refactor(form-builder): make identity-match listener synchronous
TriggerPersonIdentityMatchOnFormSubmit was queued, which meant
identity_match_status stayed null in the HTTP response body for
public event_registration submissions — the portal confirmation
page rendered without the IdentityMatchBanner until a queue worker
caught up.

Eager state transitions belong in the request lifecycle. The
listener is now an orchestrator that writes pending/matched/none
synchronously. When FORM-05 proper lands with heavy matching
logic (PersonIdentityService::detectMatchesByValues, fuzzy name
matching over the whole org), the heavy work will dispatch as a
separate queued job from within this same listener — sync state
transition + async resolution.

- Remove ShouldQueue, InteractsWithQueue trait, $queue property
- Existing try/catch error containment unchanged (sibling
  listeners §31.10 tag sync, §31.3 shift provisioning keep running)
- Add HTTP-response contract test locking in sync behaviour:
  submit returns data.identity_match.status='pending' on first
  response, without any queue worker running.

1a87871e94 feat(form-builder): extend public form backend for S3a PR 2
- Seed AVAILABILITY_PICKER and SECTION_PRIORITY demo fields in the
  event_registration showcase, and augment seedEchtFeesten with a
  parent-level VOLUNTEER time slot pair + a standard registration-
  visible section whose name duplicates a child section so the
  PublicFormController dedup path is exercised end-to-end.
- Validate SECTION_PRIORITY value shape in FormValueService: arrays of
  { section_id, priority } with unique section_ids + priorities in 1..5,
  max 5 entries, and section_ids scoped to the schema's event tree
  (parent + children). Error envelope is the standard VALIDATION_FAILED
  FieldValidationException shape so the portal renders errors next to
  the field.
- Enrich admin-facing FormSubmissionResource with a nested identity_match
  block mirroring the PublicFormSubmissionResource contract (status only;
  leaves room for future matched_user_id / confidence).
- Lock in the FORM-05 stub contract with 6 tests against the existing
  TriggerPersonIdentityMatchOnFormSubmit listener (no new listener was
  needed — the current one already writes 'pending' for public
  event_registration submissions per ARCH §31.1).
- 24 new backend assertions across seeder, shape validation, listener
  state matrix, and resource serialisation.

0cbdad70cd fix(api): accept submitter details on public draft PUT and submit POST
S3a PR 1 frontend sends public_submitter_name and public_submitter_email
on draft saves (PUT) and final submit (POST /submit), but the matching
SavePublicDraftRequest and SubmitPublicSubmissionRequest did not whitelist
these fields — Laravel's validated() silently stripped them, preventing

submitter fields with identical rules (string, max:150 / email, max:255,
nullable). Controller copies present keys onto the submission model and
saves when dirty, matching standard Laravel update() semantics — missing
keys leave prior values untouched.

Closes the backend gap identified in PR 1 smoke test.

6ba921442c fix(form-builder): explicit OrganisationScope bypass on every public-form query
Five models that the public form endpoints touch carry a global
OrganisationScope: FormSchema, Event, TimeSlot, FestivalSection,
PersonTag. The initial S2c implementation relied on the scope no-opping
because /public/forms/* has no `{organisation}` route parameter and
OrganisationScope::resolveOrganisationId returns null in that case.

That's accidentally-correct. Any middleware that sets an implicit org
context later (route model binding for platform admin, impersonation,
default-org fallback on an authed Sanctum session) would start
filtering public schema resolution by the wrong org.

- PublicFormTokenResolver: both FormSchema::query() calls now pass
  withoutGlobalScope(OrganisationScope::class). public_token is
  globally unique so this is safe.
- PublicFormController::timeSlots() / sections() / festivalEventIds():
  Event, TimeSlot, FestivalSection queries all explicit now, including
  the eager-loaded event relation on time-slots.
- PublicFormController::ownerEvent(): narrowed from
  Event::withoutGlobalScopes() to withoutGlobalScope(OrganisationScope)
  so future scopes (soft-delete, archived) aren't accidentally
  stripped.
- PublicFormSchemaResource::availableTagsByCategory: same narrowing on
  the PersonTag query.

PublicFormCrossOrgScopeTest pins the expectation — 4 cases hit every
public endpoint under a stashed foreign-org route parameter and assert
the owner-org data still surfaces. Verified the tests fail when the
fix is reverted (all 4 return `SCHEMA_NOT_FOUND` with the bypass
absent).

Full suite 893 → 897 green.

71d2b4294d feat(form-builder): schema drift detection + PUT auto_save_count
S2c D5 completion: schema_version_at_open column + drift semantics.

- Migration 2026_04_22_100002 adds unsignedInteger schema_version_at_open.
  Recorded by FormSubmissionService::createDraft at the moment the
  portal first renders the form.
- PublicFormSubmissionResource.schema_drift now compares
  schema_version_at_open vs schema_version_at_submit (or
  schema.version for active drafts) so organiser edits during an
  open draft surface as drift on subsequent PUT/submit responses.
- PublicFormSubmissionController::update routes through
  FormSubmissionService::saveDraft so auto_save_count increments
  and the FormSubmissionDraftUpdated event fires per PUT.
- bootstrap/app.php: FormRequest ValidationException on
  /api/v1/public/forms/* is now re-wrapped into the D6 envelope with
  code=VALIDATION_FAILED, so public endpoints emit one consistent
  error shape regardless of layer.

63d08c8bde feat(form-builder): public draft/save/submit split + sub-endpoints + validation
S2c D2, D3, D4, D8 — the meat of the public API rewrite.

Draft / save / submit split (D4):
- POST /public/forms/{public_token}/submissions
    Creates a draft. idempotency_key is now REQUIRED; second POST with
    the same key returns the existing draft (HTTP 200 vs 201 for fresh).
    UniqueConstraintViolationException caught for race-safe replay.
- PUT /public/forms/{public_token}/submissions/{submission_id}
    Auto-save. Partial updates only — each PUT writes just the
    slugs in the body. Status stays 'draft'; auto_save_count++.
- POST /public/forms/{public_token}/submissions/{submission_id}/submit
    Final submission. Merges body values with already-saved values,
    runs strict rule set against the merged map, then calls
    FormSubmissionService::submit which fires the lifecycle events
    (tag sync, identity match). Rate-limited per IP per token per hour.

Access rules: submission must belong to the resolved schema; status
must be 'draft' (409 SUBMISSION_ALREADY_SUBMITTED otherwise); schema
still accepting submissions.

Sub-endpoints (D2, D3):
- GET /public/forms/{public_token}/time-slots
    Volunteer-only, festival-aware (parent + children). Reads straight
    from TimeSlot model — no org-coupled service to extract from. Out:
    {id, name, date, start_time, end_time, duration_hours, event_id,
    event_name}.
- GET /public/forms/{public_token}/sections
    show_in_registration=true, type=standard, deduplicated by name
    across festival children.

Dynamic per-field validation (D8):
- FormFieldRuleBuilder builds Laravel rule arrays from form_fields.
  strict() enforces is_required + in:options + type rules (email,
  url, numeric, date, boolean, phone regex); relaxed() is the
  auto-save variant that drops required-ness.
- StartPublicDraftRequest (required idempotency_key),
  SavePublicDraftRequest (relaxed rules, values optional),
  SubmitPublicSubmissionRequest (relaxed rules at body level — the
  controller merges the body with saved values and runs the strict
  validator on the full map so submit with an empty body still
  passes when everything was auto-saved).
- FormValueService backs the request layer up with deeper enforcement
  of validation_rules JSON (min/max/regex) + is_unique. Throws
  FieldValidationException (422) which renders via the D6 envelope.

PublicFormTokenResolver centralises the grace-window logic; every
public endpoint resolves through it so the standardised exceptions
bubble uniformly.

Routes: 6 total under /public/forms/ (up from 2). Tests:
PublicFormApiTest's existing submit test retrofitted to the three-step
flow; 857 tests still green.

e4294702c5 feat(form-builder): public resources — TAG_PICKER tags, schema version, submission shape
S2c D1, D5, D7.

PublicFormSchemaResource:
- Carries available_tags on every TAG_PICKER field, respecting
  validation_rules.tag_categories when set. Tags prefetched once per
  org to avoid N+1.
- Surfaces the schema version and an opened_at timestamp so the portal
  can detect drift between GET-time and submit-time.

PublicFormSubmissionResource (new): the submission envelope the portal
sees on every lifecycle endpoint. No PII echo — public_submitter_name,
public_submitter_email, public_submitter_ip never appear. Admin
metadata (review_status, reviewed_by, schema_snapshot, submitter user
id) is filtered out. Includes schema_drift computed from
schema.version vs schema_version_at_submit, and identity_match read
from the §31.1 listener's column with a Dutch message per state
(pending|matched|none).

53fe4d25a7 feat(form-builder): standardised error envelope for public form API (D6)
S2c D6. Seven concrete exceptions over a shared PublicFormApiException
base + a single renderer in bootstrap/app.php produce the contract:

  { "message": "...", "code": "...", "errors"?: {...} }

Codes: SCHEMA_NOT_FOUND (404), TOKEN_EXPIRED (410), TOKEN_REVOKED (410),
SCHEMA_UNPUBLISHED (410), SUBMISSION_ALREADY_SUBMITTED (409),
RATE_LIMITED (429 with Retry-After header), VALIDATION_FAILED (422
with per-field errors).

Used by PublicFormController (resolve) and PublicFormSubmissionController
(load/submit lifecycle). Every public-form endpoint now emits the same
envelope regardless of which branch failed; the renderer only fires on
PublicFormApiException so the authenticated API still uses its default
Laravel shapes.

a3f35e533f feat(form-builder): identity-match listener + identity_match_status column
S2c D9. Implements ARCH §31.1 — identity matching triggered on
FormSubmissionSubmitted for event_registration schemas.

- Migration 2026_04_22_100000: add form_submissions.identity_match_status
  (nullable string(20), pending|matched|none) + index
  (form_schema_id, identity_match_status).
- Migration 2026_04_22_100001: replace the composite index on
  (form_schema_id, idempotency_key) with a UNIQUE constraint so the DB
  itself is the race-safe backstop behind the application-level
  idempotency replay.
- Listener TriggerPersonIdentityMatchOnFormSubmit: runs only when
  form_schema.purpose === event_registration. For person-subject
  submissions it calls PersonIdentityService::detectMatches and writes
  matched/pending/none; for public (subject=null) it records 'pending'
  so the portal can message the submitter that matching will complete
  when the organiser attaches a person. Failures log at error level
  and never rethrow — sibling listeners on the same event (§31.10
  TAG_PICKER sync) still run.
- AppServiceProvider wires the listener alongside
  SyncTagPickerSelectionsOnSubmit.
- FormSubmission.$fillable gains identity_match_status.

Rationale for a dedicated column (over JSON on submission.metadata):
the matrix is a hard-typed 3-state enum that the public API surfaces
directly, and we want to index it to show organiser dashboards "how
many submissions are pending identity-confirmation".

79d834cb1d feat(seeder): dev event_registration schema with draft + submitted submissions exercising FORM-02 (§31.10)
Sprint 0.5. Extends FormBuilderDevSeeder (additive) so that after
`migrate:fresh --seed` the dev org has:

- one published public-token-enabled event_registration schema anchored
  to the primary festival (Echt Feesten 2026) with a curated 5-field
  set (HEADING / SELECT / CHECKBOX_LIST / TAG_PICKER / TEXTAREA) —
  mirrors the subset Bert needs to eyeball via the portal and verify
  §31.10 sync with;
- one draft submission (partial fill: shirtmaat + dieetwensen) for the
  first approved person with user_id — the TAG_PICKER is deliberately
  absent so this submission does NOT fire the listener;
- one submitted submission for the next approved person, with
  TAG_PICKER values = the first 3 active person_tags by sort_order.
  The submission is pushed through FormSubmissionService::submit so
  FormSubmissionSubmitted fires, SyncTagPickerSelectionsOnSubmit runs,
  and user_organisation_tags receives 3 self_reported rows.

Queue-connection contract: production runs QUEUE_CONNECTION=redis, so
the listener would queue and not execute before the seeder returns.
The seeder temporarily flips queue.default to sync for the submit()
call so Bert sees the synced tags immediately after `--seed`.

Console output matches the Sprint 0.5 spec: public URL for GET-testing
+ a line naming the submitter and the sync result count.

Wired from DevSeeder::seedEchtFeesten() behind an
app()->environment('local', 'testing', 'development') guard (belt-and-
suspenders on top of DatabaseSeeder's existing local gate).

Collateral fix: FormSubmissionService::submit() stored signed fractional
seconds into the unsigned `submission_duration_seconds` column. Carbon
3's diffInSeconds returns signed floats when `opened_at` is earlier than
now, which MySQL rejects. Wrapped with abs() + int cast. No test
expectations relied on the sign so 857 tests remain green.

Verified via tinker after `migrate:fresh --seed`:
  fields_count = 5, submissions_count = 2 (1 draft + 1 submitted),
  values on submitted = 4, self_reported tags for submitter = 3,
  PublicFormSchemaResource returns all 5 fields on the public token.

6e89b0ccf7 test(form-builder): feature suites + integration contracts incl. FORM-02 (§31.10)
Phase 6 of S2b. 37 new tests, 820 → 857 passing across the suite.

Feature suites (api/tests/Feature/FormBuilder/):
- FormSchemaApiTest: CRUD, publish/unpublish, rotate-public-token (with
  grace window), edit-lock conflict, typed-confirmation delete, 401 on
  unauthenticated, 403 on outsider.
- FormFieldApiTest: create, reorder, binding-change guard (422 w/o force,
  200 with force), conditional_logic cycle rejection, 401 unauth.
- FormSubmissionApiTest: draft → values → submit stores schema snapshot +
  version; review records reviewer; delegation creates active row; draft
  update blocked for non-subject non-delegatee (403).
- FormValueSecurityTest: FieldAccessService hides admin-only fields from
  non-admin; subject-self bypass; admin-only field leaks through neither
  admin list nor non-admin detail responses (§22.9 intent).
- PublicFormApiTest: portal-visible non-admin fields only; unknown token
  → 404; happy-path submission; expired-previous-token → 410; grace
  window still allows submission.
- FormSchemaWebhookApiTest: url/secret NEVER returned in resources;
  DeliverFormWebhookJob rejects 10.x private-ip SSRF (response_body_excerpt
  logs rejection).
- FilterRegistryApiTest: response shape includes tags + form_field
  sources; form_field filter registers.

Integration contract (§31.10):
- TagPickerSyncListenerTest: 5 cases proving (a) no-op on user_id=null,
  (b) sync on submit, (c) deferred sync via
  PersonIdentityService::confirmMatch, (d) organiser_assigned tags
  preserved on rebuild, (e) idempotent rerun.

Fixes discovered while writing tests:
- SyncTagPickerSelectionsOnSubmit: removed hardcoded connection='redis'
  so tests run via sync queue (QUEUE_CONNECTION fallback).
- FormSubmissionService: corrected FormSubmissionReviewed / DraftUpdated
  event signatures to match S1 event classes.
- FormSubmission model: added schema_version_at_submit / snapshot /
  anonymised_at / submission_duration_seconds / auto_save_count to
  $fillable so bulk operations + factory states populate consistently.
- FormSchema: added version, edit_lock_user_id, edit_lock_expires_at to
  $fillable; factory now sets version=1 explicitly.
- FormValueService: public submission path (actor=null) enforces
  is_portal_visible=true AND is_admin_only=false at the write layer
  instead of running FieldAccessService against a null user.
- MigrationRollbackTest: target the S2a drop migration by filename.

65070faf47 feat(form-builder): controllers and routes (auth + public token)
Phase 5 of S2b. Ten thin controllers plus route registration under the
existing organisations/{organisation} prefix and two unauthenticated
public endpoints.

Controllers (api/app/Http/Controllers/Api/V1/FormBuilder/):
- FormSchemaController: CRUD + duplicate/publish/unpublish/rotate-token/
  edit-lock. Returns 410 via PublicFormController when a rotated token is
  past its 7-day grace window.
- FormFieldController: CRUD + reorder + insert-from-library. 422 on
  binding-change / frozen / cyclic conditional_logic.
- FormSubmissionController: index/store/show/submit/destroy.
- FormValueController: bulk upsert draft values; 403 when
  FieldAccessService rejects a write.
- FormSubmissionReviewController, FormSubmissionDelegationController.
- FormTemplateController, FormFieldLibraryController (deactivate on
  DELETE for is_active records).
- FormSchemaWebhookController (url/secret never leak — only url_host +
  has_secret in responses).
- FilterRegistryController: cached entity_column + tags + form_field
  source list for Personen-module (ARCH §7.3–§7.5).
- PublicFormController: GET schema + POST submission. Turnstile captcha
  for public_complaint/public_press_request. Rate-limited per
  IP+public_token. 410 when token expired.

Routes: grouped under organisations/{organisation}/forms/ for auth'd
routes and public/forms/{public_token}/... with throttle:30,1 for the
public pair. Policies auto-discovered from the namespaced location.

4b7e66b83f feat(form-builder): API resources with FieldAccessService filtering
Phase 4 of S2b. Nine resources that shape the universal form builder
responses. FieldAccessService::filterVisibleFields gates every field
array — the primary defence tested by FormResourceSecurityTest (§22.9).

- FormSchemaResource: includes fields_count, submissions_count,
  has_submissions, is_locked (derived from edit_lock_*), public_form_url
  when public_token is set, and filtered fields collection.
- FormSchemaSummaryResource: lean list-endpoint variant.
- FormFieldResource: effective_label / help_text / options resolved via
  FormLocaleResolver + translations JSON, plus TAG_PICKER available_tags
  filtered by validation_rules.tag_categories.
- FormSubmissionResource: values keyed by field slug with FieldAccessService
  filtering, section_statuses, active delegations, review_info,
  submitted_in_locale, submission_duration_seconds.
- FormSubmissionSummaryResource: lean list variant.
- FormTemplateResource, FormFieldLibraryResource.
- PublicFormSchemaResource: strictly limited per §10 — only
  is_portal_visible=true AND is_admin_only=false fields, no PII hints,
  no role_restrictions, no submissions_count.
- FormSchemaWebhookResource: url/secret never returned; only url_host +
  has_secret boolean.

ab84850089 feat(form-builder): policies and form requests with scoped exists rules
Phase 3 of S2b. Six policies and fifteen form requests for the universal
form builder. Every exists: rule is scoped to the route's organisation
or form_schema to close the A01-5..18 findings from SECURITY_AUDIT.md.

Policies (api/app/Policies/FormBuilder/):
- FormSchemaPolicy, FormFieldPolicy, FormFieldLibraryPolicy,
  FormTemplatePolicy, FormSubmissionPolicy, FormSchemaWebhookPolicy.
- FormSubmissionPolicy honours subject-self (user / person.user_id
  match / submitted_by_user_id) and active delegations, per §18.3.
- No `return true` placeholders — each method checks org membership and
  role via Spatie's hasRole().

Form Requests (api/app/Http/Requests/Api/V1/FormBuilder/):
- Schema: Store/UpdateFormSchemaRequest, RotatePublicTokenRequest.
- Fields: Store/UpdateFormFieldRequest, ReorderFormFieldsRequest (field
  ids scoped to the route schema), InsertLibraryFieldRequest (library
  scoped to the route organisation).
- Templates: Store/UpdateFormTemplateRequest.
- Field library: Store/UpdateFormFieldLibraryRequest.
- Submissions: CreateFormSubmissionRequest, UpsertFormValuesRequest
  (slug allow-list derived from schema), SubmitFormSubmissionRequest,
  ReviewFormSubmissionRequest, DelegateFormSubmissionRequest (delegatee
  scoped to organisation pivot).
- Webhooks: Store/UpdateFormSchemaWebhookRequest.
- Public: PublicSubmissionRequest (captcha_token collected here,
  enforcement in controller per config('form_builder.captcha')).

All enum validation routes through the existing PHP enums from S1.

4495ab017e feat(form-builder): FORM-02 TAG_PICKER sync listener (ARCH §31.10)
Rebuilds the tag-sync flow purged in S2a, now listener-driven against the
universal FormBuilder (ARCH §31.10).

- SyncTagPickerSelectionsOnSubmit listener: ShouldQueue on connection=redis
  queue=default. Filters to event_registration + person subjects with at
  least one TAG_PICKER form_value. Logs on failure, never rethrows so
  sibling listeners keep running.
- AppServiceProvider registers the listener via Event::listen alongside
  the existing S1 observers.
- PersonIdentityService::confirmMatch now calls
  FormTagSyncService::rebuildForPerson after setting person.user_id — the
  deferred-sync path for persons who filled in TAG_PICKER fields before
  their account was linked.
- ARCH-FORM-BUILDER.md §31.10 rewritten with the authoritative contract
  block from this session. Header bumped to v1.2.1.
