Bert Hausmans 9ad4bd9a73 Fix remaining TypeScript 'Untyped function calls' errors

- Add DatabaseAdapter type imports where needed
- Properly type database adapter calls with type assertions
- Fix type mismatches in schemaMappingService
- Fix ensureInitialized calls on DatabaseAdapter
