Brainstorming outcome: pivot the PrimeVue redesign to use crewli-starter
as the design source of truth, parallel /v2/ routes, PrimeVue-first
fidelity, page-by-page cutover. Supersedes F4a-F4d of
RFC-WS-FRONTEND-PRIMEVUE.
