Ports crewli-starter WorkspaceSwitcher into the Crewli SPA as production TypeScript: PrimeVue Popover replaces the manual click-outside listener, data is derived from useAuthStore/useOrganisationStore (no new store), gradient pairs are deterministic via a new pure util with full Vitest coverage.
