2dfb1e8bae test(e2e): real-backend 409 conflict contract test (TEST-CONTRACT-001)
B4 of TEST-INFRA-001 (RFC-WS-FRONTEND-PRIMEVUE Amendment A-1).

- Add api/database/seeders/E2EBaselineSeeder.php — deterministic seed
  for Playwright e2e: e2e@test.local user (org_admin) on a fresh org +
  event + stage + StageDay + artist + engagement + performance
  (version=0). Writes seeded IDs to api/storage/app/e2e-fixtures.json
  so the Playwright fixture can construct API URLs without API
  discovery calls.
- Add apps/app/tests/playwright-e2e/global-setup.ts — runs
  `php artisan migrate:fresh --force --seed` against crewli_test (the
  existing PHPUnit MySQL test DB) before the test suite starts.
  Uses --env=testing to satisfy the dangerous-bash hook's migrate:fresh
  guard.
- Add apps/app/tests/playwright-e2e/utils/fixtures.ts — typed reader
  for e2e-fixtures.json. Cached after first read.
- Add apps/app/tests/playwright-e2e/utils/auth.ts — login helper that
  POSTs /api/v1/auth/login and returns user/org IDs. Uses Bearer-via-
  cookie flow (per api/.../SetAuthCookie.php), not stateful Sanctum.
- Add apps/app/tests/playwright-e2e/timetable/409-conflict.spec.ts —
  the contract test: first move with version=0 returns 200, second
  move with same stale version returns 409 with shape
  `errors.conflict: 'version_mismatch'`. Catches the schema-drift
  bug class that timetable-stabilization B5 surfaced.
- Update apps/app/playwright.config.ts — wire globalSetup, webServer
  for `php artisan serve --port=8001`, baseURL `http://localhost:8001`
  (NOT 127.0.0.1 — auth cookie's domain=localhost requires hostname
  match).
- Update .gitignore — runtime e2e-fixtures.json never committed.

DoD-19 met locally: `pnpm test:e2e` passes against a real Laravel
test server. CI integration deferred to TEST-INFRA-002 (per A-1
amendment).

Constraint: e2e tests share the crewli_test DB with PHPUnit. Running
both concurrently would collide. Documented in ARCH-TESTING.md (B5).

006755ac1b fix(seeder): align ArtistTimetableDevSeeder to canonical engagement-vs-performance model (B1)
Phase A diagnosed an empty SPA timetable as a controller filter bug. B1.1's
schema-verify gate proved the opposite: the seeder violates Model A, the
controllers are correct.

Canonical model (Model A) per:
  - dev-docs/SCHEMA.md:1285  artist_engagements.event_id → festival OR flat event
  - dev-docs/SCHEMA.md:1329  performances.event_id      → sub-event OR flat event ("show host")
  - dev-docs/RFC-TIMETABLE-Artist-Timetable-Module.md:1247-1257 (§10.2 contract)
    "performance.event_id must be flat event OR a sub-event of the
     engagement.event_id festival"
  - dev-docs/RFC-TIMETABLE-Artist-Timetable-Module.md:455-477 (§D17)
    "Friday + Saturday under one combined deal = 1 engagement, 2 performances"
    — only works if engagement is at festival level

Controller audit (B1.2): all five filters in
api/app/Http/Controllers/Api/V1/Artist/{PerformanceController,
ArtistEngagementController, StageController}.php already match Model A.
No controller changes needed.

Seeder change (B1.3) — single consistent fix:

ArtistTimetableDevSeeder::seedForFestival now creates one engagement per
(artist, festival) instead of per (artist, sub-event). When the same artist
recurs across iterations on different sub-events, the existing engagement
is reused and another performance is added (the D17 multi-perf path).
Performances continue to carry event_id = sub-event.

Same model fix in seedForSeries (engagement at parent series, performance
at week sub-event).

seedForFlatEvent already conformed (engagement.event_id = performance.event_id
= the flat event itself).

Existence-check semantics shift from `where event_id = $subEvent->id` to
`where event_id = $festival->id` (or $parent->id for series). Numerically
the test counts hold because the bucket-cycling makes scheduled artists
distinct within the festival window.

Tests (B1.4) — new TimetableSeederControllerIntegrationTest with 7 assertions:
  - engagement.event_id is at festival level (DB invariant)
  - performance.event_id is at sub-event level (DB invariant)
  - GET /performances?day={subEvent} returns non-empty + correct event_ids
  - GET /performances unfiltered returns all sub-event performances
  - GET /performances?stage_id=null returns the seeded parked perf
  - GET /engagements returns engagements with event_id = festival
  - GET /stages returns 5 stages with event_id = festival

This locks the visible-symptom regression from Session 4: an empty SPA
timetable on a freshly-seeded festival cannot land again silently.

Existing ArtistTimetableDevSeederTest (4 tests) and the broader Artist
suite (121 tests) all stay green. composer analyse + Pint clean.

01f4a31fe1 feat(timetable): seed program_manager + production_assistant roles
Add the two RFC-TIMETABLE §9 roles. Authorization stays role-based per
Phase A Option B; RFC §9 permission strings map to roles in policy
class docblocks, not seeded as Spatie permissions. The eventual
cross-cutting migration to fine-grained permissions is tracked under
AUTH-PERMISSIONS-MIGRATION.

a5190ee309 fix(timetable): null-on-delete advance_submissions per RFC §5.4 retention
advance_submissions.advance_section_id FK changed from cascadeOnDelete
to nullOnDelete; column made nullable. Aligns implementation with
RFC v0.2 §5.4 audit-immutability ("submissions remain for retention
compliance") — when ArtistEngagementObserver::deleted hard-deletes a
section, its submissions persist as orphans rather than disappearing.

Migration edited in place (branch unpushed, dev-only). Observer
docblock + test assertion updated to match. Removed pre-existing
follow-up comment that documented the deviation.

eb6d396672 fix(timetable): widen artist_engagements.portal_token to varchar(64)
PortalTokenController stores hash('sha256', \$plainToken) — a 64-char
hex digest. RFC v0.2 §5.3's "ULID unique nullable" annotation is loose;
in practice the column holds a hash, not a ULID. char(26) silently
truncates under MySQL strict mode (1406 Data too long) — surfaced
when PortalTokenSecurityTest exercised the auth path against the new
schema. Widen to varchar(64) to fit the hash.

Schema dump regenerated against crewli_test.

3e3636dc53 feat(timetable): factories + ArtistTimetableDevSeeder
Eight factories with named states (Genre, Artist, ArtistContact, Stage,
ArtistEngagement, Performance, AdvanceSection, AdvanceSubmission).

ArtistTimetableDevSeeder hooked into DevSeeder::seedEchtFeesten after
the form-builder showcase. Produces:
- 4 stages (Mainstage, Havana, Stairway, Socialite) with prototype-style
  hex colours
- 4 stages × 3 sub-events = 12 stage_days rows
- 4 genres (Hardstyle, Techno, Indie, Live band)
- 6 master artists, each with one tour-manager ArtistContact
- 12 engagements with status mix (1 Draft, 2 Requested, 3 Option,
  2 Confirmed, 3 Contracted, 1 Cancelled). Two artists have two
  engagements each (different sub-events) — exercises D17 multi-
  engagement-per-artist.
- 13 performances, including one parked (stage_id=null = wachtrij)
  and one B2B pair within 3 minutes on Mainstage Saturday to seed
  the Session 4 frontend B2B detector.

Also fix LogOptions method name across 8 models: dontSubmitEmptyLogs()
→ dontLogEmptyChanges() (Spatie's actual API; surfaced when DevSeeder
ran).

0c03c449c3 feat(timetable): RFC v0.2 §5.3 migrations — artists, engagements, stages, performances, advancing
Ten migrations creating the artist + timetable foundation per
RFC-TIMETABLE v0.2 Session 1:

- genres (org-scoped vocab, D24)
- artists (master, org-scoped — slug-unique per org)
- companies.handles_buma column (D26 — BUMA flag on agencies)
- artist_contacts (master-scoped contacts)
- stages (event-scoped, sort_order per D23)
- stage_days (pure pivot stage↔event, integer PK)
- artist_engagements (per-event booking, denorm organisation_id, D9/D10)
- performances (engagement-scoped, nullable stage_id = wachtrij, D13/D14)
- advance_sections (engagement-scoped — was artist-scoped in pre-v0.2 plan)
- advance_submissions (audit-immutable per section)

Schema dump regenerated against crewli_test (migrate → schema:dump),
verified migrate:fresh round-trips cleanly with the dump as fast-path.

Closes part of ARCH-09.

c31f2ba784 chore(timetable): remove pre-RFC-v0.2 artist/advance_sections migration stubs
Anticipatory migrations from 2026-04-08 encoded the old §3.5.7 design
(artists.event_id, advance_sections.artist_id). RFC v0.2 §5.3 replaces
both tables with the engagement model. No model/factory/test/seeder
references exist. Removing before Step 1 ensures the new migrations
match RFC §5.3 verbatim.

96062b9182 feat(form-builder): FormSubmission cast + factory state for failure_response_code
Per RFC-WS-6 §Q3 v1.3 addition 2.

- Added 'failure_response_code' to FormSubmission $fillable + 'string' cast.
  Plain string (not enum) — the exception subclass on
  form_submission_action_failures is the canonical classification source;
  this column is a denormalised mirror for response-shape rendering.
- Factory fluent state method withFailureResponseCode() with documentation
  of the four valid values.

Denormalised mirror of the FormBindingApplicatorException subclass
classification, written by ApplyBindingsOnFormSubmit's outer-transaction

a2760ffd64 feat(auth): add contexts + platform.is_super_admin to /auth/me, factory role-category states
Additive enrichment to MeResource — existing fields untouched, MeTest stays green.
New fields:
- contexts.available: list<'portal'|'organizer'> derived from Person + Organisation memberships
- contexts.default: precedence super_admin > organizer > portal > fallback portal
- platform.is_super_admin: bool promoted from app_roles
- organisations[].roles: 1-element array form alongside the legacy scalar role,
  forward-compatible for the multi-role pivot work tracked in TECH-PIVOT-ROLES-MULTI

UserFactory gains volunteer(), orgAdmin(), volunteerAndOrganizer(), superAdmin()
state methods — codified role categories for reuse across future workstreams.

Adds forbidden.vue placeholder (PublicLayout) for the context-failure landing in
the upcoming guard rewrite.

192353f4bc feat(form-builder): admin UI completion — server filters, KPIs, resource expansion (WS-6 sessie 3c)
Closes the four production gaps that emerged from sessie 3b's admin UI.
What we ship here is final: no further rework planned before production.

Backend
- IndexFailuresRequest validates state/search/failed_at_from/failed_at_to/
  listener_class. orgIndex + platformIndex apply them via a single
  applyIndexFilters() helper. Search runs case-insensitive `LIKE` on
  exception_message; SQL wildcards in user input are escaped.
- New /kpis aggregate endpoint per scope (orgKpis, platformKpis) returns
  open / resolved_30d / dismissed_30d / total_submissions in O(1) COUNTs.
  Replaces sessie 3b's client-side bucketing of an oversized list.
- Resource expansion: organisation_name, form_schema_label,
  resolved_by_user_name, dismissed_by_user_name, exception_trace,
  retry_history[]. Eager-loading via indexEagerLoads()/detailEagerLoads()
  prevents N+1 (verified by query-count assertion in test).
- New 2026_04_28_181000 migration adds exception_trace (longtext nullable)
  to form_submission_action_failures. ApplyBindingsOnFormSubmit listener
  now captures $e->getTraceAsString() at failure time.
- New FormSubmissionActionFailureRetryAttemptResource exposes per-attempt
  data (timestamp, actor name, outcome, exception details) inside
  retry_history[]. Index payloads omit the field via whenLoaded() to keep
  list responses lean.

Frontend (apps/app)
- Types updated to mirror the expanded resource shape and the new KPI
  endpoint contract. FormFailuresKpis is now { open, resolved_30d,
  dismissed_30d, total_submissions } (server-aggregate).
- useFormFailures composable forwards all 5 server filters via
  buildIndexParams() (strips empty/whitespace). useFormFailuresKpis hits
  the dedicated /kpis endpoint per scope.
- FormFailuresTable replaces client-side bucketing with server-side
  filtering, adds listener_class + date-range filter inputs, and renames
  the 4th KPI tile to "Submissions" (was "Totaal").
- FormFailureDetail renders organisation_name + form_schema_label in the
  header, surfaces an expandable stack-trace card, names the resolved/
  dismissed actor in the timeline, and replaces the "v1 placeholder"
  retry-history card with a full per-attempt timeline.

ESLint config gap (apps/app)
- New .eslintrc.cjs adapted from the Vuexy reference, minus Vuexy-internal
  rules. `pnpm lint` now runs successfully (was previously broken — the
  package.json script referenced a missing config). The 80 baseline
  violations across the codebase are pre-existing and out of scope for
  this session.

Tests + gates
- 24 new backend tests across filter, kpis, and resource-shape suites.
  Backend: 1462 → 1486 passing, 0 → 0 failing. Larastan clean. Rector
  dry-run unchanged at 354 (pre-Task-1 baseline from f18b55b).
- 3 new vitest tests in apps/app (filter wiring, KPI endpoint, KPI tile
  values from /kpis). Vitest: 38 → 41 passing. tsc clean. Portal
  unchanged (113 vitest, tsc clean).
- 5 backfill rollback tests bumped --step counts +1 for the new migration.
- Ws6FoundationMigrationTest down/up chain now includes exception_trace
  before the parent table is restored.

b47e096a55 feat(form-builder): retry history table + integration (WS-6)
Per-attempt retry history (timestamp, user, outcome, exception detail
if failed) replaces the counter-only retry_count tracking.

Changes:

- New `form_submission_action_failure_retry_attempts` table (cascade on
  parent delete, nullOnDelete on user). Explicit short FK names
  (`fsafra_failure_fk`, `fsafra_user_fk`) — auto-generated names exceed
  MySQL's 64-char identifier limit.
- New FormSubmissionActionFailureRetryAttempt model + factory +
  succeeded() state.
- Parent FormSubmissionActionFailure gets retryAttempts() HasMany
  relation (latest('attempted_at')).
- New FormFailureRetryService centralises the retry-flow logic. Both
  the API controller and the artisan command delegate to it. Service
  writes a retry_attempt record per attempt; parent's retry_count
  stays as denormalised cache for index-view performance.
- Successful retry: attempt(succeeded) + parent.retry_count++ +
  parent.resolved_at + parent.resolved_by_user_id + parent.resolved_note
  ("Geslaagde retry door {actor.name}" or "Geslaagde retry
  (geautomatiseerd)" for command-line invocation without an actor).
- Failed retry: attempt(failed) with NEW exception details +
  parent.retry_count++. Parent's exception_class/_message stay
  audit-immutable — they represent the FIRST failure.
- canBeRetried() now correctly checks both resolved_at AND
  dismissed_at (sessie 2's open question Q2 closure).
- New FailureNotRetriableException (controller → 422) and
  ParentSubmissionGoneException (controller → 410) for cleaner
  flow control.

12 new tests:
- FormSubmissionActionFailureRetryAttemptTest (5 unit tests)
- RetryFlowProducesRetryAttemptsTest (7 integration tests covering
  succeeded path, failed path, resolved/dismissed blocking,
  multiple-retries chronological ordering, canBeRetried truth tables)

Pre-existing tests touched:
- FormSubmissionActionFailureTest::test_can_be_retried_only_for_open_state
  — updated to reflect Q2 closure (resolved now blocks too).
- Ws6FoundationMigrationTest::test_down_methods_clean_up_columns_and_table
  — child table must drop before parent (FK constraint).
- 5 backfill test step-counts bumped +1 (new migration sits at top).

383b4fc5a3 feat(companies): add kvk_number column for B2B identity binding (WS-6)
WS-6 binding-target registry references company.kvk_number as a B2B
identity-key candidate. The column needed to exist on the model
before the registry could legitimately reference it. Nullable
because not every Company has a registered KvK (foreign companies,
partners, agencies); identity-key publish guards enforce presence
where required, not at schema level.

Changes:
- New migration `2026_04_28_140000_add_kvk_number_to_companies_table`
  adds nullable string column + index after `type`.
- Company::$fillable expanded.
- CompanyFactory generates an 8-digit KvK by default.
- CompanyKvkNumberTest covers attribute persistence, nullability,
  and information_schema-verified index existence.
- SCHEMA.md → v2.8 with the new column row + indexes line.
- Schema dump regenerated (CI fast-path).

Migration step counts in 5 backfill tests bumped +1 (the new
migration sits at the top of the migration stack):
  - FormFieldBindingMigrationTest:           18→19, 16→17
  - ConditionalLogicBackfillTest:             7→8
  - FormFieldConfigBackfillAndDropTest:      13→14
  - FormFieldOptionsBackfillTest:             3→4
  - FormFieldValidationRuleBackfillTest:     16→17

82259f8942 perf(test): activate schema-dump fast path (WS-6)
mysql-client is now installed on the dev host (brew install
mysql-client + PATH=/opt/homebrew/opt/mysql-client/bin), which
unblocks the fast path that session 2.7 prepared but couldn't
activate.

Changes:
- api/database/schema/mysql-schema.sql committed (current state, 122 KB,
  1749 lines, all 155 migration records).
- api/database/schema/.gitignore removed: the dump is no longer opt-in,
  it's the default code path (active in dev + CI).
- Makefile schema-dump target simplified: drops the docker exec mysqldump
  workaround in favour of plain `php artisan schema:dump`. Now also runs
  migrate to head first so the dump always reflects the latest migration
  set without manual prep.
- CLAUDE.md "Schema dumps" rewritten: "opt-in fast path" → "CI fast
  path", reflects that the dump is committed by default and contributors
  regenerate via `make schema-dump` after adding migrations.

Backfill test wall-time, 4 classes combined:
- Session 2.7 baseline: 127.90s
- This session:          27.55s (78% reduction)

Per class (PHPUnit Duration):
- FormFieldBindingMigrationTest:        4.59s  (2 tests)
- ConditionalLogicBackfillTest:         5.45s  (4 tests)
- FormFieldOptionsBackfillTest:        12.25s  (9 tests)
- FormFieldValidationRuleBackfillTest: 10.75s  (6 tests)

Full suite knock-on: 209.95s → 89.16s (-57%) — every RefreshDatabase
test pays the up-front migrate cost, which `schema:dump` collapses
from ~6s × N to a single ~1s SQL load.

fe110ba761 perf(test): make schema-dump target + opt-in fast-path docs (WS-6)
Session 2.6's per-test migrate:fresh in 4 backfill test classes
replays ~120 migrations. Laravel's schema:dump produces a single
SQL file that migrate:fresh loads atomically when present —
significantly faster on environments where the host has the
\`mysql\` CLI available for Laravel's load step.

Changes:
- New Makefile target \`schema-dump\` runs mysqldump INSIDE the
  bm_mysql Docker container (no host mysqldump dependency to
  GENERATE the dump). Outputs api/database/schema/mysql-schema.sql.
- api/database/schema/.gitignore added: mysql-schema.sql is NOT
  committed by default. Laravel's auto-load on migrate:fresh
  shells out to the host's \`mysql\` CLI; on hosts without it,
  the presence of the dump file actively breaks migrate (exit 127).
  Treat the dump as opt-in per dev environment.
- CLAUDE.md "Schema dumps (opt-in fast path)" subsection added with
  the workflow: brew install mysql-client → migrate to head →
  make schema-dump → optionally commit.

phpstan-baseline.neon: removed a stale "unused use \$actor" entry
in FormSubmissionService whose underlying closure pint cleaned up
in commit 060d6f3 (Task 1).

Wall-time on this dev machine (no host mysql CLI): NO speedup,
backfill tests still ~6s per setUp. The dump file is ready for
environments that have mysql CLI. Documented as a deviation.

JSON canonicalization (commit 060d6f3) is the load-bearing
correctness fix from this branch; the schema-dump perf path is a
nice-to-have that activates per-environment.

fe686b7c8d fix(form-builder): restore FK on form_schemas.default_crowd_type_id (WS-6)
The original session 2.5 migration had to omit this FK due to an
SQLite-only "rebuild on FK add" cascade-delete quirk. Now that the
test infrastructure has moved to MySQL (Task 1 of this session), the
quirk does not apply and the FK is restored to match every other FK
in this table.

Changes:
- New migration `2026_04_28_100000_restore_default_crowd_type_id_foreign_key`
  adds a FOREIGN KEY (default_crowd_type_id) REFERENCES crowd_types(id)
  ON DELETE SET NULL. Deleting a CrowdType nulls the column on dependent
  schemas instead of cascading the schema delete.
- Original migration's comment block rewritten — the SQLite-quirk
  rationale was demonstrably misleading; replaced with a forward-looking
  pointer to the FK-restore migration.
- PersonProvisioner::resolveCrowdTypeId() docblock updated: the runtime
  failsafe is now defense in depth alongside the DB-level FK + publish
  guard, not the sole load-bearing check.

New test (`DefaultCrowdTypeForeignKeyTest`) exercises both the
ON-DELETE-SET-NULL cascade and the existence of the FK in
information_schema.REFERENTIAL_CONSTRAINTS — the second assertion would
have been impossible on SQLite, which is exactly the point.

Migration step counts in 5 backfill tests bumped +1 because the FK-
restore migration sits at the top of the migration stack:
  - FormFieldBindingMigrationTest:           17→18, 15→16
  - ConditionalLogicBackfillTest:             6→7
  - FormFieldConfigBackfillAndDropTest:      12→13
  - FormFieldOptionsBackfillTest:             2→3
  - FormFieldValidationRuleBackfillTest:     15→16

All 1388 tests pass on MySQL (1386 prior + 2 new FK tests). Larastan
baseline unchanged.

3d323bf55f chore(test): switch test database from SQLite to MySQL (WS-6)
Test infrastructure now uses the same MySQL 8.0 engine as local dev
and production. SQLite is no longer used anywhere in the project.

Eliminates the SQLite "rebuild on FK add" quirk that forced session 2.5
to omit a foreign key on form_schemas.default_crowd_type_id (Task 2 of
this session restores it).

Configuration:
- phpunit.xml: DB_CONNECTION=sqlite (:memory:) replaced with mysql
  pointing at crewli_test database (127.0.0.1:3306, crewli/secret)
- Makefile: new test-db-create target creates crewli_test in the
  bm_mysql Docker container; make test ensures it exists before
  running suite

Latent-bug surfacing — fixes that MySQL exposed:

1. form_submissions.idempotency_key was declared `ulid()` (VARCHAR 26)
   while FormRequest validates `string|max:30`. SQLite ignored the cap;
   MySQL truncated and rejected. Column widened to string(30) to match
   validation.

2. FormFieldValidationRuleService / FormFieldConfigService /
   FormFieldBindingService::snapshotShapesFor — toJsonShape iterated
   collection in DB-default order (insertion-stable on SQLite, undefined
   on MySQL). Schema_snapshot bytes drifted across re-emits, breaking
   audit-replay. Added `->sortBy('id')` (ULID = insertion-order
   semantics, deterministic) on all three.

3. FormSubmissionObserverTest::test_denormalized_indexes_exist queried
   sqlite_master directly. Replaced with the cross-engine
   information_schema.STATISTICS query (the real production check is
   on MySQL anyway).

4. JSON column key order non-determinism: MySQL JSON columns may
   round-trip associative-array keys in a different order than they
   were inserted. assertSame on JSON-derived associative arrays now
   uses assertEquals (structural equality) where the test was previously
   over-asserting on key order:
   - ConditionalLogicActivityLogPayloadTest
   - ConditionalLogicBackfillTest::test_rollback_reconstructs_canonical_json
   - FormFieldBindingMigrationTest::test_rollback_reconstructs_json_and_drops_table
   - FormFieldOptionServiceAndScopeTest::test_replace_options_emits_activity_log_on_field_only
   - FormFieldOptionsActivityLogTest::test_field_updated_payload_contains_options_diff_when_options_change
   - FormFieldOptionsBackfillTest::test_forward_migration_backfills_rows_strips_translations_and_rewrites_snapshot
   - FormFieldOptionsSnapshotAndStrictRequestTest::test_submission_snapshot_embeds_rich_shape_options

5. Backfill / migration tests (4 classes, 21 tests) ran migrate:rollback
   then migrate inside RefreshDatabase's wrapping transaction. MySQL
   DDL implicit-commits the surrounding transaction, leaving Laravel
   unable to ROLLBACK TO SAVEPOINT at end-of-test (1305 SAVEPOINT
   does not exist). Replaced RefreshDatabase with a per-test
   migrate:fresh in setUp + RefreshDatabaseState::\$migrated = false to
   force the next RefreshDatabase test to re-migrate cleanly:
   - FormFieldBindingMigrationTest
   - ConditionalLogicBackfillTest
   - FormFieldOptionsBackfillTest
   - FormFieldValidationRuleBackfillTest

All 1386 tests now pass on MySQL. Larastan baseline unchanged.

6dace312b4 refactor(form-builder): drop legacy snapshot 'binding' (singular) key (WS-6)
Session 2 wrote both 'binding' (singular) and 'bindings' (plural)
in form_submissions.schema_snapshot for backward compatibility. With
no production data yet and dev seeders re-running every cycle, dual-
key state has no upside. Snapshots now write 'bindings' only;
all readers updated to match.

FormFieldBindingService::snapshotShapesFor() simplified to return
only ['bindings' => $all]. Pre-existing
SchemaSnapshotEmbedsBindingFromRelationalTableTest updated to assert
the applicator shape (with id, merge_strategy, trust_level,
is_identity_key) on bindings[0]; new
SnapshotOnlyContainsBindingsKeyTest enforces the no-legacy-key
contract going forward.

FormBuilderDevSeeder template snapshot embeds 'bindings' => [] for
form-owned fields (Pattern B) instead of 'binding' => null.

Other 'binding' string occurrences in the codebase (FormFieldResource,
FormFieldService, request validation rules, BindingConflictResolver
internal helper key) are unrelated to snapshot dual-state and remain
untouched.

d2059e3cff feat(form-builder): per-schema default_crowd_type_id replaces silent oldest() heuristic (WS-6)
Session 2's PersonProvisioner picked CrowdType::oldest() for the org —
silently wrong for multi-crowd_type orgs (Volunteer + Crew + Press are
three distinct crowd_types in one org). Schemas now declare their
target crowd_type explicitly via form_schemas.default_crowd_type_id.
RequiresDefaultCrowdType publish guard prevents misconfigured
event_registration schemas from publishing.

PersonProvisioner: oldest() fallback removed entirely. Misconfiguration
throws no_default_crowd_type at runtime; publish guard prevents it at
config time.

Migration uses a plain ulid() column without DB-level FK because
SQLite's table-rebuild on ALTER ADD FOREIGN KEY cascade-deletes
form_fields rows (form_fields.form_schema_id has cascadeOnDelete on
form_schemas). Application-level integrity via FormSchema::defaultCrowdType()
belongsTo + the publish guard + the runtime failsafe — three load-bearing
checks, none of which require the DB-level constraint.

Three pre-existing migration backfill tests bumped step counts +1 to
account for the new migration sitting between WS-5c and WS-5d:
FormFieldBindingMigrationTest (16→17, 14→15), FormFieldConfigBackfillAndDropTest
(11→12), FormFieldValidationRuleBackfillTest (14→15),
ConditionalLogicBackfillTest (5→6).

Six event_registration test fixtures updated to set default_crowd_type_id
to satisfy the new publish guard.

FormBuilderDevSeeder.resolveDefaultCrowdTypeId() — VOLUNTEER → first-active
→ create-as-needed fallback chain; documented contract for future seeders.

c5b0210ae7 feat(form-builder): add FormSubmissionActionFailure model + apply_status casts (WS-6)
- FormSubmissionActionFailure: audit model, no organisation_id (FK-chain
  tenancy per RFC V3), open/resolved/dismissed scopes, canBeRetried()
  helper. Morph alias 'form_submission_action_failure' registered for

c033dc6cd2 feat(form-builder): add apply_status columns and action-failures table (WS-6)
- form_submissions: apply_status (nullable, NO default for legacy rows
  per RFC O1), apply_completed_at, indexed on (form_schema_id, apply_status)
  and (organisation_id, apply_status)
- form_submission_action_failures: ULID PK, FK to submission + binding,
  resolve/dismiss state separated (RFC V2), retention via parent
  cascade-delete
- Migration rehearsal test added (invokes down() directly because the new
  migrations land between WS-5a and WS-5b chronologically, not at the tail
  of the migration list)

Three pre-existing WS-5 backfill tests also bump their --step rollback
counts by +2 (FormFieldBindingMigrationTest, FormFieldConfigBackfillAndDropTest,
FormFieldValidationRuleBackfillTest) to account for the two new migrations
sitting in the chronological middle of the WS-5 stack — required to keep
those tests' pre-WS-5b rollback target reachable.

f38c7ece97 chore: install laravel telescope as dev-only debugging dashboard
Installs laravel/telescope ^5.0 (v5.12.5) as a dev-dependency.
Three-layer production safety adapted to Laravel 11 layout (no
Kernel.php; routing/schedule in bootstrap/app.php +
routes/console.php):

  1. composer.json `extra.laravel.dont-discover` lists
     laravel/telescope. After editing, `php artisan package:discover`
     regenerates bootstrap/cache/packages.php — without this step
     the auto-discovery cache still registers the vendor provider.
  2. AppServiceProvider::register() gates registration to local +
     testing environments. Registers BOTH the vendor
     Laravel\Telescope\TelescopeServiceProvider (routes, migrations,
     publishing) AND the project's App\Providers\TelescopeService
     Provider (gate + filter) — they're sibling classes that extend
     ServiceProvider independently, not parent/child, so both must
     register for the dashboard to work. bootstrap/providers.php
     deliberately does NOT list either Telescope provider.
  3. .env TELESCOPE_ENABLED flag (false in .env.example). Runtime
     toggle that disables Telescope even when the providers are
     registered.

Production safety verified via simulated APP_ENV=production check:
confirms no Telescope-* providers are loaded.

Authorization: viewTelescope gate restricts dashboard to users
with the super_admin Spatie Permission role. Even in local
environments, only super_admin can view. Default was an email
allow-list stub — replaced with `$user->hasRole('super_admin')`.

Pruning: Schedule::command('telescope:prune --hours=48') added in
routes/console.php (Laravel 11's schedule location), environment-
gated to local + testing only.

Documentation: /dev-docs/TELESCOPE.md added; CLAUDE.md gets a
Development-tooling section. The doc explicitly calls out the
dual-provider registration (vendor + app) which differs from the
single-provider pattern in older Laravel versions.

Migrations applied: telescope_entries, telescope_entries_tags,
telescope_monitoring tables. Route registration verified in local
(42 telescope.* routes).

Tests: 1208/1208 passing — Telescope loads in the testing
environment as well, so the suite exercised it without issues.

Deployment note (flag for separate docs): a production operator
who runs `php artisan migrate` manually will still apply the
Telescope migrations — but because the providers never register
in production, the tables stay empty.

e7c9482474 refactor(form-field): drop form_fields.options + form_field_library.options
Final WS-5d cleanup. The JSON columns that have been unread since
commit 3 are now physically dropped on both source tables. Their
canonical rich-shape lives in form_field_options, accessed
exclusively through the morphMany relation.

Defensive sweep: any lingering translations.{locale}.options key in
either source table's translations bag is stripped. Commit 2's
backfill should already have done so exhaustively; this is
belt-and-braces.

Rollback re-creates the columns as nullable JSON but leaves them
empty. Pair with commit 2's rollback to restore the pre-WS-5d data
shape on every owner row.

The commit-3 getOptionsAttribute accessor-bridge on FormField +
FormFieldLibrary is removed — Eloquent's getAttribute() resolution
now naturally falls through to the morphMany relation since there's
no underlying column to shadow it. New regression test
FormFieldOptionsAccessTest asserts $field->options resolves to an
Eloquent Collection of FormFieldOption instances and lazy-loads in
exactly 2 queries (1 parent + 1 lazy-load options) on a fresh fetch
without with() preload. Same trio for FormFieldLibrary.

Migration step-count tests in WS-5a/b/c bumped by 1 to account for
the new drop_form_field_options_json_columns migration on the
rollback stack.

Documentation:
  - SCHEMA.md v2.6: form_field_options table documented; options row
    removed from form_fields and form_field_library; morphMany
    relations updated; cross-references to ARCH-FORM-BUILDER §17.6
    and addendum §Q3 WS-5d Uitvoering added on both source-table
    docblocks.
  - ARCH-FORM-BUILDER.md v1.8: new §17.6 "Field options (relational)"
    mirrors the §17.4 / §17.5 relational-sibling structure with
    sub-sections 17.6.1 rationale, 17.6.2 table + catalogue, 17.6.3
    service / scope / cascade / activity log, 17.6.4 snapshot
    embedding, 17.6.5 external API contract. Existing Webhooks
    section renumbered from §17.6 to §17.7.
  - ARCH-CONSOLIDATION-ADDENDUM-2026-04-24.md: "Uitvoering — WS-5d
    (2026-04-27)" section added. Eight paragraphs covering the
    snapshot atomic rewrite, strict-fail backfill dispatch, dual
    activity-log emit, four-sibling base-class extraction warrant,
    commit 0 dead-code precondition, the temporary getOptionsAttribute
    accessor-bridge pattern (with reusability note for future
    JSON→relational refactors), the dev-seeder vergoedingstype RADIO
    normalisation (drift correction explicitly distinguished from the
    parallel apps/app RegistrationFieldTemplate description domain),
    and the WS-5 family completion note.
  - BACKLOG.md: FORM-BUILDER-LIBRARY-AUDIT-LOG entry extended to four
    services (adds library.options_replaced); new
    FORM-BUILDER-MORPH-SCOPE-BASE-CLASS entry added as the WS-5d
    follow-up now that all four concrete morph-scope siblings exist.

Tests: 1193 → 1208 green (+15 across commits 3+4+5; this commit alone:
+2 from the regression test).

This completes the WS-5 family.

15e4e49d8c feat(form-field): backfill form_fields.options to form_field_options
Atomic data migration. Every options datum in the database — in
form_fields and form_field_library, their translations bags, and the
form_submissions.schema_snapshot + form_templates.schema_snapshot JSON
blobs — is converted to the new relational rich-shape representation.

Strict dispatch per §17.4.4 / §8.7 convention:
  - Fail on field_type ∉ {RADIO, SELECT, MULTISELECT, CHECKBOX_LIST}
    carrying non-null options (post-WS-5b TAG_PICKER seed-bug indicator)
  - Fail on non-flat-string-array options shape
  - Fail on translations.{locale}.options[] length mismatch
  - Fail on non-string / >255-char translated labels
  - Fail on any residual translations.{locale}.options key after
    step C migration

Snapshot rewrite in-place: both form_submissions.schema_snapshot and
form_templates.schema_snapshot walk fields[*] and rewrite options to
the new rich-shape, strip per-locale options[] from the parallel
translations bag. Zero-compromise directive — no reader tolerance for
pre-WS-5d shape in commit 3 onwards.

Rollback reconstructs JSON column shapes plus translations bags.
Forward+back pair safe as a unit; partial rollback unsupported.

FormFieldService::insertFromLibrary switches from JSON-copy to
FormFieldOptionService::copyOptions row-clone per addendum Q3 row-copy
mandate. The field's own translations bag no longer carries
{locale}.options keys — those live on option rows now.

Seeders and factories switch to service-level option creation:
  - FormBuilderDevSeeder.canonicalFields keeps flat-string options as
    its data shape; FormField::create no longer receives an options
    key, the post-create FormFieldOptionService::replaceOptions call
    inserts the rich rows. The same applies to
    seedEventRegistrationShowcaseSchema. The vergoedingstype field's
    legacy {label, description} object shape (a pre-WS-5d seed-bug
    that the strict backfill would reject) is normalised to flat
    strings; the descriptions are dropped.
  - seedSystemTemplates embeds rich-shape options in the template
    snapshot — no flat-array snapshot data remains in newly-seeded
    rows.
  - FormFieldFactory + FormFieldLibraryFactory drop the options
    default; new ::withOptions() helper accepts either flat strings
    (each becomes value+label) or full spec arrays and routes through
    the service.

JSON columns (form_fields.options, form_field_library.options) remain
present and writable via fillable; column-drop lands in commit 5.
Reads from the JSON column still exist in resources, snapshot writer,
FormRequests, FormValueService, and FilterRegistryController — commit
3 switches those all atomically.

Migration step-count tests in WS-5a/b/c bumped by 1 to account for
the new backfill_form_field_options migration on the migration stack.

Tests: 1182 → 1193 green (+11 tests / +56 assertions).

11588623c5 feat(form-field): add form_field_options table, service, scope, cascade
Fourth and final WS-5 sibling. Polymorphic morph-owned table for the
RADIO / SELECT / MULTISELECT / CHECKBOX_LIST option rows, shared
between form_fields and form_field_library via the owner_type
discriminator. Matches the WS-5a (bindings) / WS-5b (validation_rules
+ configs) pattern one-for-one: dedicated service as single writer,
UNION-over-two-owner-chains scope, shared cascade observer.

Row shape:
  - value canonical storage value (string ≤255, UNIQUE per owner)
  - label         default-locale display label (string ≤255)
  - sort_order    int unsigned
  - translations  JSON { "<locale>": "<translated label>" }

The UNIQUE(owner_type, owner_id, value) index ffo_owner_value_unique
is the seed-bug guard — duplicate values per field have no semantic
meaning and must fail at both the service layer (assertSpecsValid)
and the DB level.

Activity log: field.options_replaced emits on FormField subject only,
per the §6.7 WS-5a / §17.4.2 WS-5b convention that library-level
changes are silent in activity log.

No production reads yet. The form_fields.options and
form_field_library.options JSON columns remain the active source of
truth until the commit-3 reader switch — accessing $field->options
still resolves through the JSON cast in commit 1, so model tests
exercise the new morphMany via $field->options() (explicit relation
call). Both FormField and FormFieldLibrary now carry an `options`
morphMany alongside `bindings`, `validation_rules`, and `configs`.

Cascade: FormFieldChildTablesCascadeObserver gains form_field_options
as the fourth child cleaned on owner delete (both FormField soft/
force-delete and FormFieldLibrary delete).

Migration step-count tests in WS-5a/b/c bumped by 1 to account for
the new create_form_field_options_table on the migration stack.

Base scope-class extraction across the four siblings — deliberately
deferred to a follow-up work package per addendum §17.4.3 / §17.5.3.
Now that all four concrete implementations exist, the "what actually
varies" question can be answered empirically.

Tests: 1158 → 1182 green (+24 tests / +42 assertions).

e17fc7c2f4 chore: remove dead legacy form-data migration commands
MigrateLegacyFormsData and VerifyFormsDataIntegrity exist to migrate the
pre-form-builder registration_form_fields / registration_field_templates
/ person_field_values tables into the current form_* tables. Those
legacy tables have been dropped from the dev database (verified via the
2026_04_20 drop_remaining_legacy_registration_tables migration), which
means the migrator's top-of-handle() guard always short-circuits the
run. The verify command is only reachable via
MigrateLegacyFormsData::verify() — also dead with its caller gone.

CLAUDE.md delete > adapt. These commands would also break the WS-5d
commit 5 column drop: MigrateLegacyFormsData:225 writes \$rff->options
straight to form_fields.options, which will not exist after commit 5.
Cleaning up before WS-5d starts keeps the dev tree consistent throughout
the refactor.

The two stale comment references in FormBuilderDevSeeder (header docblock
and seedSubmissionsForEvent docblock) plus the migration docblock that
mentions the migrator self-skip behaviour are scrubbed in the same
commit so no orphan references remain.

No production data exists; no migration safety net is being removed.

Tests: 1158 → 1158 green (no test coverage existed for these commands;
they were truly orphaned).

079d10975b refactor(form-builder): strict validator + drop form_fields.conditional_logic JSON column
WS-5c commit 3 of 4. FormRequests (Store/Update) now reject bad
conditional_logic trees at the HTTP boundary — the `after()` hook
unwraps the `show_when` envelope, normalises legacy `{all|any: [...]}`
group shape to the service's internal form, and delegates to
`FormFieldConditionalLogicService::assertSpecsValid()`. Unknown
operators, root conditions, empty groups, and unknown field_slug
references produce a 422 with a readable error before any write.

`form_fields.conditional_logic` JSON column dropped. FormField model
`$fillable` and `$casts` no longer mention the column; factory default
no longer writes `null` to it. Snapshot fixtures in the dev seeder and
the legacy-forms migration command keep `conditional_logic` in their
snapshot JSON shape — that's the schema_snapshot contract, not the DB
column.

FormFieldController now maps InvalidConditionalLogicSpecException to
422 alongside FrozenSchemaException / CyclicDependencyException.

Rollback path: roll back WS-5c commits 1–3 together. Partial rollback
(drop-column reversed but backfill still applied) is not a supported
state — matching the WS-5a/b precedent on the family's full-rollback
contract.

Tests: 6 new (strict FormRequest rejection cases + JSON-column drop
assertion). Rollback step counts in WS-5a/b migration tests bumped +1
for the drop_conditional_logic_json_column migration. Baseline
1142 → 1148 green (3085 → 3099 assertions).

d06ea01b09 feat(form-builder): FormFieldConditionalLogicService + cycle detection + legacy backfill + snapshot
WS-5c commit 2 of 4 — the service layer, backfill migration, and
read-path switch. Per addendum Q3, conditional_logic applies to
FormField only — no library mirror and no copyLogic on
FormFieldService::insertFromLibrary.

FormFieldConditionalLogicService owns every write:
  - logicFor(field): depth-limited eager-load of the tree
  - replaceLogic(field, tree): transactional structure + operator +
    field_slug validation + cycle check + activity-log emit
    (field.conditional_logic_replaced)
  - toJsonShape(root): reconstructs the canonical ARCH §8
    `{show_when: {...}}` shape — single source of truth for the
    snapshot writer + API resources
  - assertSpecsValid(tree): public boundary guard for the FormRequest
    strict validator (WS-5c commit 3 wires this up)
  - assertNoCycles(field, tree): contract preserved from
    FormFieldService::assertNoConditionalCycle, implementation now
    reads the relational adjacency.

Backfill migration translates pre-WS-5c conditional_logic JSON to
rows. Strict dispatch: unknown operators / unknown top-level keys /
malformed groups FAIL the migration — Phase A seed-scan confirmed
the catalogue parity, so any drift is a data bug to fix at source,
not silently absorb. Rollback rebuilds canonical JSON and clears
the relational tree.

FormFieldService.create/update route `conditional_logic` through
the new service (matching the extract-and-delegate pattern from
WS-5a bindings and WS-5b validation rules). Snapshot writer + both
resources (FormFieldResource, PublicFormSchemaResource) read via
`toJsonShape(rootConditionalLogicGroup())` — byte-for-byte parity
with the pre-WS-5c JSON contract.

InvalidConditionalLogicSpecException handled in FormFieldController
as 422, same as FrozenSchemaException / CyclicDependencyException.

Tests: 20 new under tests/Feature/FormBuilder/ConditionalLogic/
(service, cycle detection, backfill forward+rollback+failure cases,
snapshot + resource parity). FormFieldApiTest cyclic rejection test
rewritten to use the new factory state. Rollback step counts in
WS-5a/b migration tests bumped +1 for the new backfill migration.
Baseline 1122 → 1142 green (3032 → 3085 assertions).

2064b9901e feat(form-builder): form_field_conditional_logic_{groups,conditions} tables + OrganisationScope cap raise to 5
WS-5c commit 1 of 4 — relational infrastructure for the conditional-
logic tree that replaces form_fields.conditional_logic JSON (ARCH-
FORM-BUILDER §8; addendum Q3 WS-5c).

Tables: groups (nesting via parent_group_id) + conditions (leaves,
value JSON nullable for empty/not_empty). Simple FK to form_fields —
addendum Q3 explicitly excludes form_field_library from conditional_
logic scope, so no polymorphic morph here.

OrganisationScope cap raised 3 → 5 hops. The conditions chain is
4 hops (condition → group → field → schema → organisation_id column)
and the new cap gives headroom for future deeper trees without
denormalising form_field_id onto conditions.

Cascade observer (FormFieldChildTablesCascadeObserver) extended to
physically delete the new groups table on FormField delete (hard or
soft). Conditions cascade automatically via the group_id FK on the
groups table.

Factories: FormFieldConditionalLogicGroupFactory, FormFieldConditional
LogicConditionFactory, and FormFieldFactory::withConditionalLogic($tree)
for concise test fixtures.

Tests: 16 new under tests/Feature/FormBuilder/ConditionalLogic/
(relation, scope, cascade, enum catalogue). 3 new scope-cap tests in
ScopeLeakageTest verify 4/5-hop chains pass and 6-hop throws. Hardcoded
rollback step counts in WS-5a/b migration tests bumped for the 2 new
WS-5c migrations. Baseline 1104 → 1122 green (2988 → 3032 assertions).

af8a9da038 feat(form-builder): form_field_bindings table + polymorphic owner + cascade observer
WS-5a commit 1 of 4 per ARCH-CONSOLIDATION-ADDENDUM-2026-04-24 Q3.

Creates the relational home for what was form_fields.binding JSON and
form_field_library.default_binding JSON. Owner discriminator is polymorphic
morph (owner_type/owner_id) — the pattern the rest of WS-5 (5b validation_rules,
5d options) will reuse.

Migration backfills rows from both JSON sources in a single transaction and
is genuinely reversible (rollback reconstructs the JSON). Old columns remain
in place until commit 3 has switched all readers.

Pattern B (binding=null) is represented by absence of row. mode enum covers
entity_owned / mirrored only.

Cascade on owner delete via observer — bindings are physical state, not
historical audit. FormFieldBindingScope enforces multi-tenancy via UNION over
both owner chains (form_field → schema → org OR form_field_library → org) —
Q2's declarative tenantScopeStrategy() can't walk morph parents.

Tests: migration forward/back, morph relation, cascade observer, scope
isolation, enum coverage.

ae8e2fdb4e feat(form-builder): denormalize organisation_id and event_id on form_submissions per addendum Q2
Adds direct tenant + event columns to form_submissions so rapportage-hot
aggregate queries (dashboards, CSV-exports, counts over thousands of rows
per org or per event) skip the form_schemas join. This is the single
denormalization exception per addendum Q2; every other form-builder child
table continues to resolve tenancy via FK-chain through its parent
(implemented in Commit 3).

Schema:
- form_submissions.organisation_id ULID FK → organisations, cascade delete, NOT NULL
- form_submissions.event_id ULID FK → events, null on delete, nullable
- Indexes: (organisation_id, status), (event_id, status)

Observer: App\Observers\FormBuilder\FormSubmissionObserver::creating
resolves both columns when the caller has not set them.
  - organisation_id <- form_schema.organisation_id (always present —
    form_schemas carries OrganisationScope's column directly)
  - event_id <- schema.owner_id when owner_type === 'event'; else the
    active route's {event} parameter; else null (user_profile /
    signature_contract purposes)
The observer docblock spells out both resolution paths and is covered
by the observer test below.

Model: FormSubmission gains organisation_id + event_id in $fillable, a
belongsTo organisation() and belongsTo event() relation.

Factory: FormSubmissionFactory gains forOrganisation($org) and
forEvent($event) states for tests that need to override the observer's
automatic resolution (e.g. cross-org leakage scenarios in Commit 3).
Normal factory usage does not need the states — the observer populates
both fields on save.

Docs:
- SCHEMA.md §3.5.12 form_submissions table — organisation_id and event_id
  inserted between form_schema_id and subject_type; indexes added;
  addendum Q2 rationale paragraph at the bottom explaining why this is
  the only denormalized form-builder child.
- ARCH-FORM-BUILDER.md §4.3 — mirror changes + rationale inline on the
  columns and in the indexes list.

Tests: tests/Feature/FormBuilder/FormSubmissionObserverTest.php — 7 tests
covering organisation resolution from schema, event resolution from
event-owned schema, null event_id for non-event-owned schemas without
route context, route-based event resolution, organisation_id populated
on every create path (factory / new() / Model::create), index presence,
and belongsTo relations. 13 new assertions. Full suite: 984 passed
(2675 assertions).

a92ddc48ec refactor(schema): migrate eleven pivot/EAV tables to ULID per addendum Q1
Retires the "integer AI PK for join performance" exception documented
in earlier migrations and SCHEMA.md §3.5.11 Rule 1. Every business and
pivot table now uses ULID primary keys, per
/dev-docs/ARCH-CONSOLIDATION-ADDENDUM-2026-04-24.md Q1.

Tables migrated (WS-1 A-01 through A-11):
- Pure pivots: organisation_user, event_user_roles, crowd_list_persons,
  event_person_activations
- Model-backed: user_organisation_tags, person_section_preferences,
  mfa_backup_codes, mfa_email_codes, form_submission_section_statuses,
  form_values, form_value_options

Migration pattern: one new migration per table (plus one combined for
the form_values / form_value_options FK pair), timestamped today,
dropping + recreating with the new ULID PK. Pre-launch — no backfill
required. Original migrations remain in place; the new migrations
apply in timestamp order for a clean schema history.

Pivot model correction (addendum drift):
The addendum's "no model required for pure pivots" reading did not
account for Laravel's BelongsToMany::attach() — it cannot auto-generate
a pivot ULID without a Pivot subclass. Minimal Pivot classes under
app/Models/Pivots/ (OrganisationUser, EventUserRole, CrowdListPerson,
EventPersonActivation) carry HasUlids so attach() works. The six
belongsToMany relations (User.organisations / .events, Organisation.users,
Event.users, CrowdList.persons, Person.crowdLists) now ->using(...) the
appropriate Pivot class. DB::table()->insert() on event_person_activations
in DevSeeder populates the ULID inline via Str::ulid(). FormValueObserver
uses bulk FormValueOption::insert() which bypasses model events — ULIDs
are now generated inline there too.

Docs:
- SCHEMA.md §3.5.11 Rule 1 rewritten to mandate ULID on pivots too, with
  legacy note citing the addendum.
- All eleven table entries updated from "int AI PK" to "ULID PK" with
  addendum Q1 references.
- form_values and form_submission_section_statuses prose blocks updated
  to drop the retired ARCH §4.4 / "high-volume pivot" rationale.
- form_value_options.form_value_id column type corrected from
  "int FK" to "ULID FK".

Tests: tests/Feature/Schema/UlidPrimaryKeyTest.php covers HasUlids trait
presence, ULID shape + 26-char Crockford pattern, Route::bind resolution,
distinct + sortable pivot ULIDs, attach() auto-generation on pure pivots,
and the A-10/A-11 FK chain. 10 tests / 28 new assertions. Full suite:
977 passed (2662 assertions).

b9343f6eec refactor(form-builder): drop custom purpose escape from schemas
Reduces the FormPurpose vocabulary from 22 variants + a `custom` escape
to the seven v1.0 purposes registered in the new PurposeRegistry.

- Purge migration deletes any form_schemas row whose `purpose` is not
  in the v1.0 set (cascades through form_fields, form_submissions,
  form_values, form_value_options, form_schema_sections,
  form_submission_section_statuses, form_submission_delegations,
  form_schema_webhooks, form_webhook_deliveries via existing FK).
- Drop migration removes the `custom_purpose_slug` column + its index.
- Both migrations declare their `down()` as a hard failure — we do not
  support reversing a purge (pre-launch, no production data).
- `FormPurpose` enum slims to the seven cases; the legacy helpers
  (defaultSubmissionMode / defaultSubjectType / allowsPublicAccess)
  now delegate to PurposeRegistry so callers keep working.
- FormSchema fillable / FormSchemaResource / StoreFormSchemaRequest /
  UpdateFormSchemaRequest / FormSchemaFactory drop every reference to
  `custom_purpose_slug` and the `custom` purpose.
- VerifyFormsDataIntegrity drops the custom-slug mismatch check and
  sources the subject-type allow-list from PurposeRegistry.

1a87871e94 feat(form-builder): extend public form backend for S3a PR 2
- Seed AVAILABILITY_PICKER and SECTION_PRIORITY demo fields in the
  event_registration showcase, and augment seedEchtFeesten with a
  parent-level VOLUNTEER time slot pair + a standard registration-
  visible section whose name duplicates a child section so the
  PublicFormController dedup path is exercised end-to-end.
- Validate SECTION_PRIORITY value shape in FormValueService: arrays of
  { section_id, priority } with unique section_ids + priorities in 1..5,
  max 5 entries, and section_ids scoped to the schema's event tree
  (parent + children). Error envelope is the standard VALIDATION_FAILED
  FieldValidationException shape so the portal renders errors next to
  the field.
- Enrich admin-facing FormSubmissionResource with a nested identity_match
  block mirroring the PublicFormSubmissionResource contract (status only;
  leaves room for future matched_user_id / confidence).
- Lock in the FORM-05 stub contract with 6 tests against the existing
  TriggerPersonIdentityMatchOnFormSubmit listener (no new listener was
  needed — the current one already writes 'pending' for public
  event_registration submissions per ARCH §31.1).
- 24 new backend assertions across seeder, shape validation, listener
  state matrix, and resource serialisation.

71d2b4294d feat(form-builder): schema drift detection + PUT auto_save_count
S2c D5 completion: schema_version_at_open column + drift semantics.

- Migration 2026_04_22_100002 adds unsignedInteger schema_version_at_open.
  Recorded by FormSubmissionService::createDraft at the moment the
  portal first renders the form.
- PublicFormSubmissionResource.schema_drift now compares
  schema_version_at_open vs schema_version_at_submit (or
  schema.version for active drafts) so organiser edits during an
  open draft surface as drift on subsequent PUT/submit responses.
- PublicFormSubmissionController::update routes through
  FormSubmissionService::saveDraft so auto_save_count increments
  and the FormSubmissionDraftUpdated event fires per PUT.
- bootstrap/app.php: FormRequest ValidationException on
  /api/v1/public/forms/* is now re-wrapped into the D6 envelope with
  code=VALIDATION_FAILED, so public endpoints emit one consistent
  error shape regardless of layer.

a3f35e533f feat(form-builder): identity-match listener + identity_match_status column
S2c D9. Implements ARCH §31.1 — identity matching triggered on
FormSubmissionSubmitted for event_registration schemas.

- Migration 2026_04_22_100000: add form_submissions.identity_match_status
  (nullable string(20), pending|matched|none) + index
  (form_schema_id, identity_match_status).
- Migration 2026_04_22_100001: replace the composite index on
  (form_schema_id, idempotency_key) with a UNIQUE constraint so the DB
  itself is the race-safe backstop behind the application-level
  idempotency replay.
- Listener TriggerPersonIdentityMatchOnFormSubmit: runs only when
  form_schema.purpose === event_registration. For person-subject
  submissions it calls PersonIdentityService::detectMatches and writes
  matched/pending/none; for public (subject=null) it records 'pending'
  so the portal can message the submitter that matching will complete
  when the organiser attaches a person. Failures log at error level
  and never rethrow — sibling listeners on the same event (§31.10
  TAG_PICKER sync) still run.
- AppServiceProvider wires the listener alongside
  SyncTagPickerSelectionsOnSubmit.
- FormSubmission.$fillable gains identity_match_status.

Rationale for a dedicated column (over JSON on submission.metadata):
the matrix is a hard-typed 3-state enum that the public API surfaces
directly, and we want to index it to show organiser dashboards "how
many submissions are pending identity-confirmation".

79d834cb1d feat(seeder): dev event_registration schema with draft + submitted submissions exercising FORM-02 (§31.10)
Sprint 0.5. Extends FormBuilderDevSeeder (additive) so that after
`migrate:fresh --seed` the dev org has:

- one published public-token-enabled event_registration schema anchored
  to the primary festival (Echt Feesten 2026) with a curated 5-field
  set (HEADING / SELECT / CHECKBOX_LIST / TAG_PICKER / TEXTAREA) —
  mirrors the subset Bert needs to eyeball via the portal and verify
  §31.10 sync with;
- one draft submission (partial fill: shirtmaat + dieetwensen) for the
  first approved person with user_id — the TAG_PICKER is deliberately
  absent so this submission does NOT fire the listener;
- one submitted submission for the next approved person, with
  TAG_PICKER values = the first 3 active person_tags by sort_order.
  The submission is pushed through FormSubmissionService::submit so
  FormSubmissionSubmitted fires, SyncTagPickerSelectionsOnSubmit runs,
  and user_organisation_tags receives 3 self_reported rows.

Queue-connection contract: production runs QUEUE_CONNECTION=redis, so
the listener would queue and not execute before the seeder returns.
The seeder temporarily flips queue.default to sync for the submit()
call so Bert sees the synced tags immediately after `--seed`.

Console output matches the Sprint 0.5 spec: public URL for GET-testing
+ a line naming the submitter and the sync result count.

Wired from DevSeeder::seedEchtFeesten() behind an
app()->environment('local', 'testing', 'development') guard (belt-and-
suspenders on top of DatabaseSeeder's existing local gate).

Collateral fix: FormSubmissionService::submit() stored signed fractional
seconds into the unsigned `submission_duration_seconds` column. Carbon
3's diffInSeconds returns signed floats when `opened_at` is earlier than
now, which MySQL rejects. Wrapped with abs() + int cast. No test
expectations relied on the sign so 857 tests remain green.

Verified via tinker after `migrate:fresh --seed`:
  fields_count = 5, submissions_count = 2 (1 draft + 1 submitted),
  values on submitted = 4, self_reported tags for submitter = 3,
  PublicFormSchemaResource returns all 5 fields on the public token.

6e89b0ccf7 test(form-builder): feature suites + integration contracts incl. FORM-02 (§31.10)
Phase 6 of S2b. 37 new tests, 820 → 857 passing across the suite.

Feature suites (api/tests/Feature/FormBuilder/):
- FormSchemaApiTest: CRUD, publish/unpublish, rotate-public-token (with
  grace window), edit-lock conflict, typed-confirmation delete, 401 on
  unauthenticated, 403 on outsider.
- FormFieldApiTest: create, reorder, binding-change guard (422 w/o force,
  200 with force), conditional_logic cycle rejection, 401 unauth.
- FormSubmissionApiTest: draft → values → submit stores schema snapshot +
  version; review records reviewer; delegation creates active row; draft
  update blocked for non-subject non-delegatee (403).
- FormValueSecurityTest: FieldAccessService hides admin-only fields from
  non-admin; subject-self bypass; admin-only field leaks through neither
  admin list nor non-admin detail responses (§22.9 intent).
- PublicFormApiTest: portal-visible non-admin fields only; unknown token
  → 404; happy-path submission; expired-previous-token → 410; grace
  window still allows submission.
- FormSchemaWebhookApiTest: url/secret NEVER returned in resources;
  DeliverFormWebhookJob rejects 10.x private-ip SSRF (response_body_excerpt
  logs rejection).
- FilterRegistryApiTest: response shape includes tags + form_field
  sources; form_field filter registers.

Integration contract (§31.10):
- TagPickerSyncListenerTest: 5 cases proving (a) no-op on user_id=null,
  (b) sync on submit, (c) deferred sync via
  PersonIdentityService::confirmMatch, (d) organiser_assigned tags
  preserved on rebuild, (e) idempotent rerun.

Fixes discovered while writing tests:
- SyncTagPickerSelectionsOnSubmit: removed hardcoded connection='redis'
  so tests run via sync queue (QUEUE_CONNECTION fallback).
- FormSubmissionService: corrected FormSubmissionReviewed / DraftUpdated
  event signatures to match S1 event classes.
- FormSubmission model: added schema_version_at_submit / snapshot /
  anonymised_at / submission_duration_seconds / auto_save_count to
  $fillable so bulk operations + factory states populate consistently.
- FormSchema: added version, edit_lock_user_id, edit_lock_expires_at to
  $fillable; factory now sets version=1 explicitly.
- FormValueService: public submission path (actor=null) enforces
  is_portal_visible=true AND is_admin_only=false at the write layer
  instead of running FieldAccessService against a null user.
- MigrationRollbackTest: target the S2a drop migration by filename.

b3eab6e0c8 feat(form-builder): add core services (schema, field, submission, value, field-access, locale, tag-sync, filter, webhook, anonymisation)
S2b Phase 1 per ARCH-FORM-BUILDER.md §20.2. Ten services + supporting
exceptions, jobs, and the organisations.default_locale column needed by
FormLocaleResolver. All services log via spatie/laravel-activitylog, write
operations are transactional, queued jobs are idempotent.

- FormSchemaService: CRUD, slug, version bump, duplicate, edit-lock,
  public_token rotation (7-day grace window), typed-confirmation delete.
- FormFieldService: CRUD, reorder, insertFromLibrary, binding-change guard
  (§6.5), conditional_logic + section cycle detection (§8, §4.8.1),
  is_filterable toggle triggers BackfillFormValueIndexedJob (§7.2, §22.10).
- FormSubmissionService: createDraft with idempotency, saveDraft (auto-save),
  submit with schema snapshot + signature hash computation (§9), review,
  delegate/revoke, soft delete. Fires S1 domain events (§17.1).
- FormValueService: bulk upsert with FieldAccessService RBAC (§24.2),
  Pattern A/C entity mirror writes (§6.1, §6.6) with cross-entity graceful
  skip for person.user_id=null.
- FieldAccessService: canRead/canWrite/filterVisibleFields honouring
  role_restrictions + subject-self (§18.3, §24.1).
- FormLocaleResolver: submitter → schema → org.default_locale → 'nl' (§16.2).
- FormTagSyncService: rebuildForPerson — replaces legacy TagSyncService
  deleted in S2a (§31.10).
- FilterQueryBuilder: generic filter applier for entity_column / tags /
  form_field sources (§7.4–§7.5).
- FormWebhookDispatcher + DeliverFormWebhookJob: HMAC-signed delivery with
  SSRF protection, exponential backoff {1m,5m,30m,2h,8h}, max 5 attempts,
  dead-letter on exhaustion (§17.5).
- FormSubmissionAnonymisationService: per-field anonymisation with separate
  activity log entries (§13.3, §23.4).

MigrationRollbackTest: pin the S2a drop migration by filename so future
migrations don't shift the step offset.

a3ca596362 S2a: purge legacy Form Builder PHP code and routes 2026-04-17 18:43:00 +02:00
cd7a804024 test(forms): model tests, multi-tenancy, migration rollback (Phase 9)
UserProfileTest: belongs-to user, fillable/non-fillable boundaries,
settings cast, lastSubmittedAt accessor (null + max from user-subject
submissions only, ignoring drafts and is_test rows).

FormSchemaTest: ULID PK, OrganisationScope filtering, polymorphic owner
resolution to Event, purpose enum cast, hasMany fields/submissions, and
logSchemaChange() actually creates an activity-log entry.

FormFieldTest: belongs-to schema, field_type stored as string (not DB
enum), binding/translations array casts, hasMany values, soft-delete
preserves historical values, logFieldChange() creates an entry.

FormSubmissionTest: belongs-to schema, polymorphic subject resolution,
status enum cast, schema_snapshot array cast, hasMany values.

FormValueTest: belongs-to submission/field, value array cast, hasMany
options pivot rebuilt by observer, unique-pair DB constraint enforced.

MultiTenancyTest: OrganisationScope correctly filters FormSchema /
FormTemplate / FormFieldLibrary by route-resolved organisation. Pins
the FormSchemaWebhook un-scoped behaviour explicitly so a future scope
addition is an intentional decision, not an accident.

MigrationRollbackTest (group 'slow'): full migrate:fresh → rollback 14
S1 steps → assert all 13 form-builder tables dropped + legacy tables
intentionally retained → re-migrate and assert table list matches
snapshot. Plus a separate test exercising the populate-user-profiles
migration's down().

Supporting tweaks:
- UserProfile::lastSubmittedAt accessor now returns Carbon|null instead
  of a raw timestamp string — testable, and matches Eloquent convention.
- UserProfileFactory cooperates with UserObserver via newModel override
  (updates the auto-created row instead of inserting a duplicate).
- AppServiceProvider morph map extended with all 12 form-builder model
  keys so logSchemaChange/logFieldChange resolve under enforceMorphMap.

Suite: 945 passed (was 911), 2671 assertions.

021a3cd079 refactor(seeders): move DevSeeder to new form-builder structure
Adds UserObserver::created() that firstOrCreate's a user_profiles row
for every User. Registered in AppServiceProvider alongside PersonObserver.
Covers DevSeeder (3 scattered User::create sites: DatabaseSeeder super admin,
DevSeeder org staff, DevSeeder volunteer users) and all future creation
paths (invite/register/import) with zero per-caller boilerplate.

New FormBuilderDevSeeder seeder class holds canonical 16-field registration
template (borrowed from the legacy RegistrationFieldTemplateService list so
test data stays recognisable). Produces per-org:
- 16 form_templates (system, schema_snapshot per ARCH §4.6.1)
- 1 FormSchema per event (event_registration, owner=event, draft_single
  mode, is_published mirrors event.status lifecycle)
- 16 FormFields per schema
- 1 FormSubmission per person whose status ∈ applied/approved/no_show
  (same rule as MigrateLegacyFormsData), with 6 realistic FormValues each

DevSeeder::run() now wraps the whole seed body in
ActivityLog::suppressed(...) so the ~80 field creates + ~277 submission
lifecycle triggers don't flood activity_log. Also removes the legacy
RegistrationFieldTemplateService::seedSystemTemplates call — the 16
system templates now land directly in form_templates.

Post-seed totals (dev DB):
  5 form_schemas, 80 form_fields, 277 form_submissions, 1662 form_values,
  16 form_templates, 270 user_profiles (1:1 with users).

forms:verify-data-integrity on freshly seeded DB: exit 0.
php artisan test: 910/910.

85815ccb16 feat(forms): add Eloquent models, observer, events, activity-log helpers
Phase 4 of S1.

Models (app/Models/FormBuilder/): FormSchema, FormSchemaSection, FormField,
FormSubmission, FormValue, FormValueOption, FormTemplate, FormFieldLibrary,
FormSchemaWebhook, FormWebhookDelivery, FormSubmissionSectionStatus,
FormSubmissionDelegation. Plus UserProfile at app/Models/ (user-universal).

OrganisationScope applied on: FormSchema, FormTemplate, FormFieldLibrary.
FormSchemaWebhook documents inherited-scope discipline (OrganisationScope's
strategies — organisation_id/event_id/festival_section_id — don't cover
form_schema_id; direct queries would leak across orgs, so must go via
$schema->webhooks()).

User::profile()/getOrCreateProfile(), Event::formSchemas() (morphMany),
Person::formSubmissions() (morphMany).

Morph map enforced in AppServiceProvider with 28 keys covering every model
that appears as activitylog subject/causer. Also updated
OrganisationDashboardService (and its test) to query activitylog via
getMorphClass() instead of FQCN.

Activity log strategy: nuanced explicit calls (logSchemaChange on FormSchema,
logFieldChange on FormField) — no LogsActivity trait. Suppression for bulk
fixtures via App\Support\ActivityLog::suppressed(fn() => ...) which flips
config('activitylog.enabled') around a callback. Both our explicit calls
and spatie's trait on Organisation respect the flag via ActivityLogger::log().

FormValueObserver (app/Observers/FormBuilder/) populates value_indexed/
value_number/value_date/value_bool on save per field.value_storage_hint,
rebuilds form_value_options pivot on multi-value filterable fields, cleans
up on delete. Memoised field cache avoids N+1. Registered in AppServiceProvider.

9 lightweight event classes (app/Events/FormBuilder/) as SerializesModels
containers — submission lifecycle signatures lock in for S2 services, no
listeners yet.

Factories for all models with Dutch fake data (fake('nl_NL')). FormSchema
factory uses defaultSubmissionMode(); FormField factory uses
recommendedValueStorageHint().

Tests: 9 new observer tests (all pass); full suite 910/910 (up from 901).

6b26a90fa1 feat(forms): add core migrations (user_profiles, schemas, fields, submissions, values, webhooks)
14 fresh tables per ARCH §4 (v1.2): user_profiles + 13 form_* tables.
ULID PKs on domain rows, integer AI on heavy-join EAV tables (form_values,
form_value_options). All FKs indexed, every constraint named explicitly.
FULLTEXT on form_submissions.search_index is best-effort (wrapped try/catch
so SQLite test runs still apply).

Notes:
- Partial unique indexes on public_token/custom_purpose_slug traded for
  regular indexes + application-level uniqueness (MySQL limitation).
- (form_schema_id, slug) on form_fields is a regular index to avoid
  soft-delete + re-create collisions; uniqueness enforced in service.
