Add Azure Container Registry setup and documentation

- Configure ACR name: zdlas in azure-pipelines.yml
- Add Azure Container Registry documentation and guides
- Add scripts for ACR creation and image building
- Add docker-compose config for ACR deployment
- Remove temporary Excel lock file
