refactor: align codebase with EventCrew domain and trim legacy band stack
- Update API: events, users, policies, routes, resources, migrations - Remove deprecated models/resources (customers, setlists, invitations, etc.) - Refresh admin app and docs; remove apps/band Made-with: Cursor
